Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) announced that Jacqueline Reses has been appointed executive vice president of people and development. Reses led the U.S. media group at Apax Partners. While at Apax Partners, Reses served on the board of directors or led the investments in Cengage Learning, Intelsat, Nelson Education, Hit Entertainment, and NEP Broadcasting. Reses also served as CEO of iBuilding Inc. Previously, she spent seven years at Goldman Sachs.
Avon Products, Inc. (NYSE: AVP) announced the appointment of Scott Crum as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief People Officer. Most recently, Mr. Crum served as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of Motorola Mobility. Prior to joining Motorola in 2010, Mr. Crum led human resources for ITT Corporation for eight years. Prior to working for ITT, Mr. Crum held a series of progressively accountable human resources positions including Senior Vice President of Administration and Human Resources for General Instrument Corp. and Corporate Vice President, Human Resources of Latin America for Motorola, Inc.
Florida Panthers and the BankAtlanticCenter (Sunrise Sports & Entertainment) announced today that Elisa R. Hernandez has joined the organization as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Florida Panthers and the BankAtlanticCenter. Prior to joining the company, Hernandez spent two years as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Hospital Physician Partners. Hernandez also spent eight years as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Medical Business Service, Inc. in Coral Gables, and other time as Director of Human Resources for MasTec, Inc. in Miami, and more.
Save Mart Supermarkets announced the appointment of Eric J. Nadworny as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Legal Officer (CHRO/CLO). Nadworny honed his leadership skills in the retail industry at such well-known companies as Ross Stores, BJ’s Wholesale Club and Shaw’s Supermarkets (US Group, Sainsbury Supermarkets). Nadworny currently serves as a board member and legal officer for Food4Farmers, a non-profit organization dedicated to alleviating food insecurity in coffee-growing communities around the world.
Roundy’s, Inc. (NYSE: RNDY) announced that Jessie W. Terry will join the Company as Chief Human Resource Officer. Mr. Terry will replace Colleen J. Stenholt, formerly Group Vice President of Human Resources. From 2001 to 2012, Mr. Terry was with Kraft Foods, Inc., having served most recently as Senior Human Resource Leader at Oscar Mayer, a Kraft business unit. Prior to 2001, Mr. Terry’s experience includes human resource roles at Cummins, Inc. and operational roles at Dean Foods Company.
American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AXL) announced that Terri M. Kemp has been named Vice President, Human Resources. Kemp joined AAM in 1996 as a Productivity Manager, Detroit Gear & Axle – Plant 3. Since then, she has served in various manufacturing management and operational positions with increasing responsibility, including her most recent position of Executive Director Human Resources & Labor Relations.
