Fractal Analytics announced that Amit Johari has joined the company as Chief People Officer. Johari joins Fractal from Ernst & Young, where he was part of the People & Organizational Advisory practice. Johari also spearheaded HR functions at Nomura Holdings, Inc.
Kony, Inc. announced the appointment of Hollie Castro as executive vice president of human resources. Prior to joining Kony, Castro served as senior vice president of Administration at BMC Software. Prior to BMC, Castro held HR leadership positions at Talisman-Energy, Cisco Systems, General Electric and IBM.
Nexius announced the appointment of Timothy Raher as Vice President of Human Resources. Raher was previously the Vice President of Human Resources at Ericsson. Raher has also held senior human resources positions at Alcon Labs/Novartis and Johnson & Johnson.
Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. (NYSE: KKD) announced the appointment of Cathleen D. Allred as Senior Vice President — Human Resources and Organizational Development. Ms. Allred will succeed Ken Hudson, who recently announced plans to retire. Ms. Allred served as Vice President – Corporate Human Resources and Training from March 2008 to May 2014. Prior to that, Ms. Allred served as Human Resources Director from November 2006 to March 2008. Ms. Allred joined Krispy Kreme in March 2002 as Human Resources Manager, and served in that capacity until March 2005 when she briefly left Krispy Kreme and was Human Resources Manager at Polo Ralph Lauren. She rejoined Krispy Kreme as Director of Training in October 2005. Prior to joining Krispy Kreme, she served in recruitment and human resources management positions at LifeStyle Furnishings International and American Technical Resources.
