Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE: TDY) announced that Anna Segobia Masters will become its Vice President-Human Resources and Deputy General Counsel, effective July 7, 2014. Robyn E. McGowan, Teledyne’s current Vice President-Administration and Human Resources and Assistant Secretary, will be leaving the company effective July 31, 2014, for health reasons. Ms. Masters comes to Teledyne from the Los Angeles office of Winston Strawn LLP, where she was a partner concentrating her practice in labor and employment litigation. Ms. Masters has practiced law in this area for nearly 30 years, successfully handling a broad range of employment matters for a spectrum of industries.
Tompkins Financial Corporation (NYSE MKT: TMP) announced that Rosemary Hyland has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Director of Human Resources. Ms. Hyland joined the Tompkins organization in May 2000. She initially joined the staff of Tompkins Mahopac Bank as the vice president, director of human resources. Her expertise was recognized and she was promoted to a corporate position, senior vice president. Prior to working at Tompkins Financial Corporation, Ms. Hyland worked at Premier National Bank (currently M & T).
TriNet (NYSE: TNET) announced that Jing Liao has joined TriNet as senior vice president of human resources. Previously, Liao was the vice president, global human resources at Atmel. Before joining Atmel, Liao served as vice president of global human resources for Avanex. Earlier, she held HR leadership positions at Hyperion, JDS Uniphase and Adaptec.
