Zelis Healthcare [BEDMINSTER, N.J. & ATLANTA] announced the appointment of Matthew D. Hintz as Chief Human Resources Officer. Before joining Zelis, Mr. Hintz was the Chief Human Resources Officer for ComplexCare Solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Hintz served as Vice President of Human Resources for Cigna Corporation.
Bristow Group [HOUSTON] (NYSE: BRS) announced the promotion of Mary Wersebe to vice president of human resources. Wersebe has served as Bristow’s acting chief administrative officer since June 2016. She previously served as director human resources global operations. Prior to joining Bristow in May 2014, Wersebe was director human resources at Exterran.
Cambridge Trust Company [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced Pilar Pueyo as their new Senior Vice President, Human Resources Director. She succeeds Noreen Briand, who was with Cambridge Trust Company for 31 years before retiring. Ms. Pueyo previously served a Director of Human Resources at Boston Private Bank & Trust Company for 16 years. Before joining Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, Ms. Pueyo served as Director of Human Resources at United Homes for Children, Inc. in Boston from 1995-1999 and Director of Community Relations at Concilio Hispano De Cambridge, Inc. in Cambridge, MA from 1992-1995.
Lowenstein Sandler [NEW YORK] announced the promotion of Donatella Verrico to Chief Human Resources Officer. She has been with the Firm for 15 years and most recently served as Director of Human Resources.
