WireCo WorldGroup [Prairie Village, KS] announced that Coleen Collins will be the new Chief Human Resources Officer. Her prior work with Colgate-Palmolive Company, Marsh, Inc. and Mimeo.com included developing global strategies, building people and organizational capability, mergers & acquisitions and on the ground operations.
ChannelAdvisor Corporation [Research Triangle Park, NC] (NYSE: ECOM) announced that it has named Amy Robertson as vice president and chief people officer. Prior to joining the company, she served as vice president, global total rewards, people systems and operations at Red Hat. Before Red Hat, she served as a senior manager at AICPA.
Caterpillar Inc. [PEORIA, Ill.] (NYSE: CAT) announced that Kim Hauer, vice president with responsibility for the Human Services Division (HSD) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), has elected to leave the company. Hauer started as an intern in assembly planning at the Lafayette, Indiana. She joined Caterpillar full time in 1997 as part of the company’s Human Resources (HR) Professional Development Program. She advanced through numerous positions with increasing responsibilities in the areas of human resources, labor relations and succession planning, including a role as a compensation and benefits manager for Caterpillar’s Logistics Division based in Belgium. Hauer also held the position of group and regional HR director for Caterpillar based inGeneva, Switzerland. In December 2010, the Caterpillar Board of Directors named Hauer CHRO and vice president with responsibility for HSD.
JBT Corporation [CHICAGO] (NYSE: JBT) announced that Jason T. Clayton will be joining JBT as its Executive Vice President, Human Resources, in connection with the planned retirement of Mark K. Montague, JBT’s current Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Montague will remain with JBT through early 2017 to ensure a smooth transition. Clayton joins JBT from Signode Industrial Group, where he served as Vice President, Human Resources. Previously, he was Vice President, Human Resources, with IDEX Corporation. Clayton has also held HR management roles with Pepsi and Newell Rubbermaid.
Kemper Corporation [CHICAGO] (NYSE: KMPR) announced that Christine “Chris” Theros Mullins will join the company in October as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She replaces Lisa M. King, who recently announced her plans to retire after more than 35 years with the company. For the past two years Mullins was Partner at CEO.works where she was a senior executive in the human resources practice. She spent the prior eight years with Zurich Insurance Group. Mullins began her career with Motorola, where she spent more than twenty years in roles of increasing responsibility, including Corporate Vice President of Human Resources.
