EyePoint Pharmaceuticals [Watertown, MA] (NASDAQ: EYPT) appointed Jennifer Leonard to the role SVP, Human Resources. Prior to joining EyePoint Pharmaceuticals Jennifer was Head of HR Consumer Healthcare and Global Functions at Sanofi US. With over 20 years of Human Resources experience Jennifer has held senior leadership roles at PDI, Inc, Novartis, Biovail Pharmaceuticals, Pharmacia/Pfizer and SGI, Inc.. She also served as President of ImpactHR a coaching and consulting firm focused on developing senior talent in the pharmaceutical industry.
GCM Grosvenor [CHICAGO] announced that Sandra (Sandee) Hurse has joined the firm as a Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer. Hurse brings more than two decades of experience to her new role, including most recently serving as Global Head of Human Resources, Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America. Before that she was Bank of America’s Global Head of Junior Talent Management. Her prior experience also includes leadership roles in Human Resources, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan Chase.
Laureate Education, Inc. [BALTIMORE] (NASDAQ: LAUR) announced the appointment of Timothy P. Grace as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 28, 2018. Mr. Grace most recently served as the Global CHRO for Toys”R”Us. Tim has also held global HR management roles with the L’Oreal Group, where he served as Group Vice President of HR, as well as HR roles within Schindler Elevator Corporation, Wise Foods, Grand Metropolitan (now Diageo), and in the Frito Lay division of PepsiCo.
