Zynga Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (NASDAQ: ZNGA) announced that the Company has appointed Jeff Ryan as Chief People Officer effective Monday, November 27. Prior to joining Zynga, Ryan served as Senior Vice President of People at GoPro, Inc. Before joining GoPro, Ryan spent three years at CBS Corporation as Senior Vice President of HR for the company’s Digital Media Business. Ryan also spent nearly seven years at Electronic Arts, Inc., where he served as the Head of HR for EA Canada, Vice President of HR for EA Sports, and Vice President of HR for EA’s largest business unit, Publishing and Interactive. Ryan previously held HR leadership positions at Shell Oil Products, and Nestle. Ryan currently serves on the Board of Directors for Magic Memories.
Press Ganey [BOSTON] announced that Joseph Cabral has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer and President, Workforce Solutions. Most recently, Cabral was Chief Human Resources Officer for Partners HealthCare. Prior to Partners HealthCare, Cabral held the title of Chief Human Resources Officer for Cleveland Clinic, and previously for Northwell Health. He has also held Human Resources leadership roles at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Children’s Hospital Boston.
Huntington Ingalls Industries [NEWPORT NEWS, Va.] (NYSE: HII) announced the appointment of Melanie Anderson as vice president of human resources at its Technical Solutions division. Most recently, she led human resources for the engineering business of KBRWyle, following KBR’s acquisition of Honeywell Technical Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining Honeywell, she held HR leadership roles of increasing responsibility for The Boeing Co., Harris Corp. and Raytheon.
Ms. Monroe is replacing Wendy Scott who is retiring after serving in this same role at Varian for 13 years. Ms. Monroe served the past two years as the Chief People & Culture Officer, SVP HR at Acxiom. Prior to Acxiom, Ms. Monroe spent 13 years at Intuit where she held several HR management roles, including Chief Diversity Officer and Director of Talent Engagement. Before joining Intuit, Ms. Monroe worked in various HR and internal communications functions at Amdocs, Nortel Networks, Bay Networks and Amdahl Corporation.
