Mondelēz International [DEERFIELD, Ill.] (NASDAQ: MDLZ) announced that Paulette Alviti will join the company as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective June 11. Alviti joins the company from Foot Locker, Inc. where she has served as CHRO since 2013. Before Foot Locker, Alviti held various senior leadership positions at PepsiCo and The Pepsi Bottling Group in both developed and emerging markets, including serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at PepsiCo Asia, Middle East and Africa. Alviti succeeds Karen May, who announced her plans to retire last October.
The PURE Group of Insurance Companies (the PURE Group) [WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.] has named Katherine Richardson as Chief Human Resources Officer. Richardson joins PURE from Allied World Assurance Company, where she served as SVP and Global Head of Human Resources. Before joining Allied World in 2009, she held several progressively responsible HR roles at AIG, in both their field operations and home office. She began her career in 1993 at Leader Insurance.
Western Alliance Bancorporation [PHOENIX] (NYSE: WAL) announced Barbara J. Kennedy has joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining Western Alliance, Kennedy was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for San Diego-based Encore Capital Group. Previously, Kennedy held senior Human Resources positions with United Stationers Supply Company and Swift Transportation Corporation.
L3 Technologies [NEW YORK] (NYSE: LLL) announced that Melanie Heitkamp has been appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective May 21. Heitkamp succeeds Kevin L. Weiss, who has announced his plans to retire after supporting a smooth transition. Prior to joining L3, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources – Defense & Intelligence Group at Leidos. Previously, she served as a Vice President of Human Resources within the Information Systems & Global Solutions business at Lockheed Martin Corporation.
Grange Insurance [COLUMBUS, Ohio] announced that Damon Porter has been appointed vice president, chief human resources officer. Porter was previously vice president, talent management and human resources business partners at Erie Insurance in Pennsylvania. Prior to Erie, Porter held various leadership positions, including vice president of corporate human resources at Duke Energy in Charlotte, North Carolina. Porter will be replacing Steven Paxton, former vice president of human resources, who is retiring from Grange Insurance after more than 16 years of service.
Fluent, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: FLNT) announced that the Company has appointed Katherine Rae as Head of People. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, she has successfully developed teams at Informa Plc, in several HR positions, including the Global Offices Manager, and worked as a Management Consultant within the People and Operations team for PwC. Most recently, Rae acted as a Strategic HR Business Partner for Sprinklr, a start-up within the Tech space.
Public Storage [GLENDALE, Calif.] (NYSE: PSA) announced that Natalia N. Johnson has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Natalia joined Public Storage in 2016 with over 18 years of broad-based leadership experience, having held senior management positions in human resources, technology and operations at Bank of America, Countrywide Financial and Coca-Cola.
Chipotle Mexican Grill [DENVER] (NYSE: CMG) announced that it has hired Marissa Andrada as its chief human resources officer. Andrada comes to Chipotle from Kate Spade & Company, where she served as senior vice president of human resources and chief human resources officer. Prior to joining Kate Spade, Andrada held several senior level positions in human resources at Starbucks, most recently serving as senior vice president, partner resources for the Americas. Before joining Starbucks, Andrada held a variety of human resources roles with increasing responsibility for companies such as Gamestop, Red Bull North America, Universal Studios, and Pepsico/Pizza Hut.
LendUp [RICHMOND, Va.] announced that Patricia Wooten will join as People Operations business partner on May 7. Wooten previously served as Vice President of People at Hospital Corporation of America. She’s also held various human resource operations roles at Coventry Health Care and Pitney Bowes.
