Cooper Tire & Rubber Company [FINDLAY, Ohio] (NYSE: CTB) announced that John Bollman will join the company as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer effective March 21. Bollman will succeed Brenda Harmon, who has served in the position for more than seven years and will retire effective April 15. Bollman joins Cooper from Sequa Corporation, where he served for the past nine years as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to Sequa, Bollman spent more than 18 years at Whirlpool Corporation, where he served in a series of human resources positions in the United States and Europe, including Vice President of Human Resources, North America, a post he held for eight years.
Brandywine Realty Trust [RADNOR, Pa.] (NYSE: BDN) announced that it has promoted Gina Alm-Myers to Vice President of Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion. Gina Alm-Myers joined Brandywine in 2007 and served as Senior Director of Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to joining Brandywine, Alm-Myers was the Director of Human Resources for Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals, and served in the Human Resources function at ViroPharma, Inkine Pharmaceuticals and Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed Corporation.
Workfront [SILICON SLOPES, Utah] announced that Laura Butler has joined the company as its new senior vice president of people and culture and a member of the executive leadership team. Prior to Workfront, Laura was the Vice President of Talent Management and Chief Diversity Officer for Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E).
Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco [SAN FRANCISCO] appointed Jan Homan as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Office of Minority and Women Inclusion. Before joining the Bank, she served as Head of Human Resources for MACH Energy in Oakland, California, where she was responsible for building the software company’s human resources function. Prior to her tenure at MACH Energy, Ms. Homan held a number of executive positions in human resources at Barclays Global Investors and Bank of America, with responsibility for managing a wide range of functions and initiatives.
LSI Industries Inc. [CINCINNATI] (NASDAQ: LYTS) announced the appointment of Howard (“Howie”) E. Japlon to the position of Executive Vice President, Human Resources and General Counsel. Prior to joining LSI, Mr. Japlon served as Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at ACE Hardware Corporation. Previous employers include RG Steel, LLC and Schneider Electric.
