Alion Science and Technology [MCLEAN, Va.] announced that Maliek Ferebee has joined the company as Chief Human Resource Officer. Prior to joining Alion, Mr. Ferebee was Corporate Vice President, Human Resources with AECOM. Before that, he fulfilled HR leadership roles at companies that include QinetiQ North America, Analex, and McNeil Technologies.
The Progressive Corporation [MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO] (NYSE: PGR) announced Lori Niederst as its new Chief Human Resource Officer following the anticipated and planned retirement of Valerie Krasowski. Krasowski spent 29 years at Progressive, including the last nine as Chief Human Resource Officer. Niederst recently celebrated her 19th anniversary with Progressive and has spent the last 11 years in senior Human Resource positions, including Business Leader, Compensation and Benefits and Senior Human Resource Business Leader for Claims. Before turning her focus to HR, Niederst held various process and operations positions in corporate finance and Customer Relationship Management.
Western Dental & Orthodontics [ORANGE, Calif.] announced the appointment of Robert A. Eisen as Chief Human Resources Officer. Eisen has held HR positions at Quest Diagnostics and several hospital groups, including Hospital Corporation of America. He spent the last five years with St. Joseph Health in Irvine, Calif., where he was Vice President, Talent.
Atmos Energy Corporation [DALLAS] (NYSE: ATO) promoted Matt Robbins, currently Vice President, Human Resources to Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Robbins joined the company in May 2013 as Director of Compensation and Benefits and was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources in February 2015.
