Foot Locker, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: FL) announced the appointment of Elizabeth S. Norberg as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer effective September 17, 2018. Norberg joins Foot Locker most recently from Loews Hotels & Co., where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining Loews, Norberg held leadership roles within human resources for RLH Corporation, Dolce Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc, and Northwell Health.
U.S. Bank [MINNEAPOLIS] announced that Ismat Aziz will become its new chief human resources officer (CHRO). Aziz has more than 20 years of HR experience, most recently serving as the CHRO at Sprint. Prior to that role, she held senior HR positions at several other large, global companies.
El Pollo Loco, Inc. [COSTA MESA, Calif.] (NASDAQ: LOCO) announced the appointment of Jennifer Jaffe as Senior Vice President and the company’s first-ever Chief People Officer. Ms. Jaffe comes to El Pollo Loco from Estée Lauder, where she led the human resources function for Too Faced Cosmetics and oversaw the company’s acquisition by Estée Lauder in 2016. Prior to Estée Lauder, Ms. Jaffe was Vice President of Human Resources at AT&T, where she served on an HR leadership team. Before that, she was the Vice President of Talent Development at DIRECTV prior to its merger with AT&T.
Orchard Therapeutics [BOSTON and LONDON] announced the appointment of John Cerio as senior vice president, global head of human resources. Until recently, Cerio served as vice president of human resources and administration for Agenus. Prior to Agenus, he was vice president of global human resources for PerkinElmer Life Sciences division. Previously, John spent nearly a decade with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company in roles of increasing responsibility and leadership, including director of organizational development for US Medicines and head of human resources for the oncology and immunology division.
Aqua Metals, Inc. [ALAMEDA, Calif.] (NASDAQ: AQMS) announced the appointment of Terri Bradfield as Vice President of Human Resources. Bradfield joins Aqua Metals from Klondex Gold & Silver Mining, where she spent two years as Director of Human Resources. Bradfield also spent seven years with HR Consultants, and six years at NV Energy, first as Managing Strategic Business Partner of Human Resources and then Manager, Employee and Labor Relations. Prior to that Bradfield held the title of VP of HR for North American Operations at Firth Rixon-Viking, a manufacturing business acquired by Alcoa. Bradfield began her career as HR Manager at GD Resources.
