Newell Rubbermaid (NYSE: NWL) announced it has appointed Paula S. Larson to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She succeeds James M. Sweet, who is retiring after nearly a decade of leading the company’s transformation efforts. Most recently, she was Chief Human Resources Officer for The Western Union Company. Previously, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Invensys plc. Before Invensys, Larson was VP of Human Resources for the Hydraulics division of Eaton Corp. She also spent over a decade at GE. Before that, Larson spent nearly five years at a global HR consultancy, Dugan Unlimited.
Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG) announced that Pamela J. Claypool has been named Senior Vice President – Human Resources. Claypool succeeds Dwight Wilson, who recently left Airgas to pursue other opportunities. Claypool previously served as the Company’s Vice President – Talent Management. She also served as Vice President – Human Resources for Airgas’ North Division. Claypool joined Airgas in 2007 with the acquisition of Linde’s U.S. packaged gas business as Vice President of Finance for Airgas Great Lakes, Inc. before being named Chief Financial Officer for Airgas Great Lakes, Inc. Prior to joining Airgas, she spent three years in Linde’s U.S. group where she was responsible for business and financial analysis and sales compensation. Before joining Linde, Claypool spent nearly fifteen years with Commercial Intertech, where she served in multiple finance and management roles, including general manager of the business both before and after its acquisition by Parker Hannifin in 2001.
Real Mex Restaurants announced the appointment of Thanh Ninh to Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Thanh Ninh recently joined Real Mex Restaurants with over 15 years’ experience in the area of Human Resources. Thanh started his HR career as a generalist for Video City and eventually moved into a total rewards role for an internet startup and business services company. He then spent two years at AT&T/Cingular Wireless where he was as a HR Business Partner. In his latest position, he was VPHR for Yard House Restaurants.
IBEX Global announced that the company has appointed Ginni Goldsberry as Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently, she spent 11 years at SITEL Corporation, where she was the Chief Global Human Resource Officer. Prior to assuming that role, she held the position of SVP at AmSouth Bank specializing in executive compensation.
ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) announced that Kevin Burke has joined the company as vice president, human resources and chief human resources officer. Burke joins ITC from Dow Corning Corporation, where he served as vice president of human resources for Global Corporate Functions. Burke also served as vice president of human resources for Hemlock Semiconductor Group, a joint venture of Dow Corning. Prior to his roles at Dow Corning Corporation, Burke served as senior director of human resources and talent management for Pulte Homes, Inc. Burke also previously held human resources positions with General Mills, Inc. and Motorola, Inc. and served as a labor relations representative with General Motors Co.
Onepath Systems, LLC announced that Consuela Wilson has joined the Onepath team as the company’s new Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Onepath, Consuela served as the Director of Human Resources for an HR consulting firm that specialized in assisting organizations with the creation of dynamic HR initiatives.
Berger Group Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of John Pryor as vice president and director of human resources at the holdings level. Pryor has more than 25 years of experience and most recently served as vice president for human resources at INTTRA. He established his career at NBC Universal, a former General Electric company, where he led global human resources strategy.
