Kimberly Brycz
General Motors [DETROIT] (NYSE: GM) named Kimberly Brycz as senior vice president, Global Human Resources. Brycz, who has served as executive director of Global Product Purchasing since 2013, succeeds Jose Tomas, who left GM to pursue other interests. Brycz began her GM career in 1983 with the Cadillac Motor Car Division in Detroit. Since then she has held various positions in GM’s Global Purchasing organization, including serving as the Global Purchasing lead for electrical systems, batteries and hybrids and interiors. Prior to her most recent role, Brycz served as executive director, Global Purchasing, Indirect Materials, Machinery and Equipment.

Kiersten Robinson
Ford Motor Company [DEARBORN, Mich.] announced Kiersten Robinson is elected Ford group vice president and appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. The appointment is effective April 1, 2018. Robinson previously served as the company’s interim Human Resources leader and brings a wealth of global experience in human resources spanning more than 23 years, including serving in Europe, Asia Pacific and most recently in the Americas. She joined the company in 1995 as a labor relations representative in Ford of Australia and quickly rose through the ranks, serving in the first of several international assignments in 1997 with the Ford of Europe manufacturing organization. Following two additional positions in Australia, Robinson moved to Ford’s headquarters in 2002 to hold a variety of roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in her appointment to vice president of Human Resources for Ford in Asia Pacific in 2010. In 2016, Robinson was appointed to lead human resources for The Americas, and in early 2017 her role was expanded to include Global Markets; a role in which she served until her appointment to interim leader of Human Resources in November 2017.
Exostar [HERNDON, Va.] announced the newest addition to its executive team, promoting Venencia Magnusen to the position of Vice President, Human Resources. Magnusen came to Exostar in 2015 from Harris IT Services Corporation. Prior to Harris, she served as HR Business Partner at Data Systems & Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rolls-Royce. Earlier in her 20-year career, Magnusen worked as an Administrative Program Specialist for the Virginia Department of Transportation.
Tidewater Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: TDW) announced the appointment of David Darling as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Darling most recently was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Gulfmark Offshore, Inc., where he was the Human Resource Director since 2007. Prior to Gulfmark, he served in executive human resources roles with Rigdon Marine and a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. Mr. Darling has additional offshore vessel industry experience as a Vessel Master and Operations Manager.
Tenable, Inc. [COLUMBIA, Md.] announced the appointment of Bridgett Paradise to the role of Chief People Officer. Paradise joins the company from Citadel Securities, where she held the role of Chief People Officer. Before that, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. She spent more than 20 years at Microsoft Corporation, where she last held the role of General Manager, Human Resources for the Worldwide Services division.
Brown-Forman Corporation [LOUISVILLE, Ky.] (NYSE: BFA, BFB) announced that Tracy Skeans has been elected to the company’s Board of Directors. Skeans is Chief Transformation and People Officer of Yum! Brands, Inc. Prior to assuming her current position, Skeans was President of Pizza Hut International. Before that, Skeans served as Chief People Officer of Pizza Hut Global.
