Elizabeth Burger
Flowserve Corporation [DALLAS] (NYSE: FLS) announced that Elizabeth Burger joined as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Burger joins Flowserve from HanesBrands Inc. where she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer between 2013 and 2017. Before joining HanesBrands, she worked at Monsanto Company in various roles of increasing responsibility, and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Global Business Operations.
RLH Corporation [DENVER] (NYSE: RLH) announced the addition of Kristin Thielking as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Thielking joins RLH Corporation from SquareTwo Financial, where she was Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Organizational Development and Administration for the past seven years. Prior to SquareTwo Financial, Thielking was Senior Director, Human Resources for eight years at Orbitz Worldwide.

Kelley Shimansky
Tyler Technologies, Inc. [PLANO, Texas] (NYSE: TYL) announced that Kelley Shimansky has joined Tyler as the company’s new chief human resources (HR) officer. Kelley is assuming the role vacated by Bob Sansone, who recently retired after 23 years with Tyler, including serving as chief HR officer for the past nine years. Kelley will be based out of Tyler’s Yarmouth, Maine, office, home to its ERP & Schools Division. Most recently, Kelley served as vice president of human resources, North America for Dechra Pharmaceuticals from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Kelley served as vice president of human resources for Putney, Inc. She also held several HR positions at WEX, which is traded on the NYSE, from 1997 to 2014.

Elizabeth Ann Garti
The Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) [NORWALK, Conn.] announced that Elizabeth Ann Garti has joined the organization as vice president, human resources. Garti most recently served as associate vice president of human resources at Pace University. Previously, Ms. Garti served as a senior human resources manager at Lillian Vernon Corporation. Earlier, she served as a human resources manager at Caldor, Inc. Ms. Garti began her career in human resources at United Parcel Service.

Natalie Schilling
Aerojet Rocketdyne [SACRAMENTO, Calif.] announced that Natalie Schilling joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer, and will serve as one of the officers of parent company Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AJRD). Schilling most recently served as vice president of Human Resources for Arconic’s (formerly Alcoa) Corporate Resource Units, and was also the global director of Compensation and Benefits.

Sandra Preyale
Aegis Living [BELLEVUE, Wash.] announced the appointment of Sandra Preyale as the new chief people officer. Prior to joining Aegis Living, Preyale served as vice president of HR Global Sellers Businesses at Amazon.com. Prior to Amazon.com, during her five-year tenure at Coach, Preyale built human resources teams in Asia, Europe and New York. Earlier in her career, she held regional and global positions for the LVMH Group; the L’Oréal Group; and served in sales and merchandising with Danone Group.
Medallia, Inc. [SAN MATEO, Calif.] appointed Susan Lovegren as Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Medallia, Lovegren served in Chief People Officer roles at AppDynamics, (acquired by Cisco), Juniper Networks, and Plantronics.
