Illumina, Inc. (NASDAQ: ILMN) announced it has appointed Paul Bianchi as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Bianchi joins Illumina from Risk Management Solutions, where he served as SVP of Human Resources. Previously, Bianchi was a Principal at Strayer Consulting services. Prior to this, he served as global leader of human resources for PeopleSoft, Hands-On Mobile, Ask Jeeves, ProBusiness Services, and NeXT Computer, as well as in a key management position with Apple.
Presidio announced that Susan Quackenbush has been named the company’s new Chief Human Resource Officer. Ms. Quackenbush has held executive positions for a number of major corporations such as Ford, Honeywell, R.H. Donnelly, Thomson Reuters, and British Telecommunications.
Viacom Inc. (NASDAQ: VIA) announced the promotion of Scott Mills to Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Administration. Mr. Mills was formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of Viacom’s BET Networks unit. Prior to that, Mr. Mills was Chief Financial Officer and President of Digital Media. Before becoming CFO, Mr. Mills was Executive Vice President and COO of BET Interactive. Prior to joining BET as Senior Vice President of Business Development in 1997, Mr. Mills was a Vice President specializing in infrastructure financing with an investment bank. Mr. Mills also served as Deputy Treasurer of the City of Philadelphia
Comverse, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Comverse Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMVT) announced that Kathleen Harris has been named Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Harris joins CNS from Sonus Networks, Inc., where she was since 2007. She replaces Sharon Dayan, who is leaving the company to pursue other interests. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2007, she served in a variety of HR management positions at Lightbridge, Inc. Before that, she held several HR management positions at Trend-Lines, Inc., Lily Transportation Corp., and Mark-Burton, Inc.
Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group announced the appointment of Joy Linsday as vice president, Human Resources, Americas. Linsday joins Carlson Rezidor from Creative Memories where she was executive vice president of Global Human Resources and Learning. Her prior experience includes positions as head of Global Human Capital for Deephaven Capital Management; vice president of Human Resources for Ameriprise Financial, Inc; senior Human Capital partner for UnitedHealth Group; vice president of Employer Solutions for Wachovia Insurance Services; and director, Human Resources Operations for Gevity.
BankUnited, Inc. (NYSE: BKU) announced that Christopher Perry agreed to join BankUnited as Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining BankUnited, Mr. Perry spent more than 20 years working in various HR-related leadership roles in South Florida. Most recently he was the Director of Human Resources for the Memorial Healthcare System of Miami.
EnerNOC, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENOC) announced that it has hired Patricia O’Neill as Vice President of Human Resources. O’Neill’s career began with ten years at Prime/Computervision Corporation, during which she established the human resources function for the firm’s Scandinavian subsidiaries. She served as Vice President of Human Resources at Stardent Computer, Inc., a 2-D graphical workstation company, and, later, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at First Data Investor Services Group. Most recently, O’Neill spent ten years as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Art Technology Group, a publicly traded company specializing in eCommerce software that was acquired by Oracle in 2011.
Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) announced the appointment of James Michaud as Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Chief Human Resource Officer. Mr. Michaud is formerly senior vice president – human resources.
