Boeing (NYSE: BA) Senior Vice President for Human Resources and Administration Rick Stephens plans to retire from the company, effective March 31, 2013, after a 33-year Boeing career. Tony Parasida, president of Boeing Defense, Space & Security’s Global Services & Support business unit, has been elected a corporate senior vice president and will succeed Stephens effective April 1, 2013. Parasida has led Global Services & Support (GS&S) since 2009. Parasida will be a member of the company’s Executive Council.
NEOS GeoSolutions, Inc. announced that it has appointed Kristina McGrath as Vice President of Human Resources (HR). Prior to joining NEOS, Kristina was the Global Head of Human Resource Business Services for LyondellBasell. Previously, Kristina was Director of Global Human Resources Service Delivery for Transocean. Earlier in her career, Kristina co-founded Go Live Corporation, a management consultancy. Kristina also held roles in HR Administration for Air Liquide and BP Marine Americas.
Classified Ventures, LLC announced the appointment of Denise Bindelglass as the company’s Vice President of Human Resources. Bindelglass joins Classified Ventures from proprietary trading firm Sun Trading LLC, where she was Chief Human Resources Officer. She serves on the board of the Illinois Technology Association and is an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University in Evanston where she created and now teaches a career development course for engineering students at the McCormick School of Engineering.
Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE) announced that Lori Johnston has joined the company as senior vice president, Human Resources. Johnston joins Celanese from Amgen, a $16 billion global biotechnology company, where she was vice president, International Human Resources. She spent more than a decade with Dell Inc, also in a global capacity, including Human Resources for the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation.
Nortek, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTK) announced that Don Moseley has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources Operations and Transformation at Invensys. Prior to joining Invensys in 2009, he spent 10 years at Cardinal Health in positions of increasing responsibility in talent management, organization development, operations and transformation.
