Lumber Liquidators (NYSE: LL) announced the appointment of Sandra C. Whitehouse as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Whitehouse most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Earthbound Farm. Previously, she led the human resources department at Orchard Supply Hardware, and has also held various human resources and store operations roles at Sears Holdings Corporation over a 24 year period.
Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) announced it has appointed Heidi Hendrix vice president, human resources, for the company’s Aerospace Systems sector. For the past 15 years, Hendrix has worked in leadership positions at Bank of America. Most recently, as senior vice president, she was the human resources executive for Legacy Asset Servicing. Prior to joining Bank of America, Hendrix worked in change management at Andersen Consulting.
Aspect Software announced the appointment of Guido de Koning to the newly-created position of Senior Vice President, Human Capital. Most recently, de Koning served as VP Human Resources at Vanguard Health Systems. Prior to that, he was responsible for managing all talent, engagement, leadership development, and performance management at University Hospitals, a 14,000-employee academic medical center and system in Cleveland, OH. He also worked across continents at The Gallup Organization as a Principal Consultant with companies such as Citibank, Baxter Healthcare, Wells Fargo, Fidelity, Standard Register, Owens Corning, Cinergy, and ADP.
QlikTech (NASDAQ: QLIK) announced that Diane Adams will join the Company as its Chief People Officer (CPO). Adams was previously at Cisco Systems, where, in her final three years she served in a dual position as vice president, human resources, international and vice president, human resources, worldwide sales. Adams joins QlikTech most recently from AllScripts, where she served as executive vice president, culture and talent. QlikTech also announced that Paul Farmer, who has served as its Chief People Officer since September 2011, will exit the Company after working to transition his role to Adams.
