Interactions Corporation announced that Elizabeth Lemons has joined the company as Chief People Officer. Lemons most recently served as Chief People Officer at Forrester Research. Prior to joining Forrester, Elizabeth was a partner at Executive Destinations.
ASRC Federal has named Susan Balaguer as vice president, human resources. Prior to joining ASRC Federal, Balaguer was executive vice president of business services at VT Group. She previously served as director of human resources for Raytheon Technical Services.
TriCo Bancshares (NASDAQ: TCBK), parent company of Tri Counties Bank, announced that Glenn Hunter became the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently, Hunter served as the Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources with Obopay. He led the Human Resources, Training and Corporate Services functions at TSYS, and held numerous HR roles at HSBC. Hunter began his financial services career with HSBC in retail banking prior to moving into Human Resources.
University of Delaware announced that Tom LaPenta has been named chief human resources officer (CHRO). LaPenta, who joined UD in 1981, has served as interim director of UD Human Resources since February. Prior to being named interim director, he served as assistant vice president for labor and employee relations. He began his career as a deputy attorney general in the state Department of Justice.
