Yodle announced that Stephanie Kelly has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently, she served as Managing Partner and Founder of the global consulting boutique, Apt Talent Partners. Before that Ms. Kelly was Vice President of HR at Cognizant Technology Solutions; an Associate Partner at Accenture; Director of HR at Coldwell Banker Relocation Services; and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at the Bank of New York (now BNY Mellon).
Alcoa (NYSE:AA) announced that Mike Barriere, Vice President, Human Resources, was promoted to Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS). Mike joined Alcoa as Chief Talent Officer in 2011 and was promoted to head of Human Resources in 2012. Prior to Alcoa, he held senior HR positions at New York Life Insurance and Citigroup. Earlier in his career, he served as a system design engineer for Grumman Aerospace Corporation and a research scientist at Brookhaven National Laboratory in its Human Factors and Performance Analysis Group.
Datawatch Corporation (NASDAQ: DWCH) announced the appointment of Mary Dunlavey-Murphy as the global Vice President, Human Resources. Mary brings 30 years of human resources experience in companies of various sizes including Wang Laboratories, Motorola, Applix, m-Qube, Netegrity and Ardent Software. In addition to running her own human resources and executive coaching consulting practice over the past few years, Mary has most recently been the Global Head of Human Resources for the Healthcare Division of Nypro A Jabil Company.
Ingram Barge Company announced the addition of Kim W. Nowell as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Nowell most recently served as Chief People Officer for Nashville-based Oreck Corporation. Prior to Oreck, Ms. Nowell held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Direct General Corporation.
MidAtlantic Farm Credit welcomed Garcia Mills Tate as the new Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Training. Tate has worked in a variety of industries, most recently as Manager of Organizational Development and Change Management with BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina.
