The Green Bay Packers promoted Nicole Ledvina to vice president of human resources. Ledvina has been with the organization since 2003, most recently serving as the director of human resources. Prior to joining the Packers, Ledvina held positions in human resources with Hoida Lumber in De Pere, Wis., and the city of Green Bay/Brown County joint HR department.
Hudson’s Bay Company (TSX: HBC) announced the appointment of Stephen Cerrone to Executive Vice President, Human Resources, HBC. Mr. Cerrone has recently served as Interim EVP, Human Resources. In his most recent role for Sara Lee Corporation, he was EVP of HR and Communications. Before joining Sara Lee, Mr. Cerrone served as EVP, Human Resources, Retail Financial Services at JPMorgan/Bank One Corporation, and has held prior executive positions at Bank One, Diageo/Burger King and General Foods Worldwide.
Mitel (NASDAQ: MITL) appointed Thomas Lokar as Chief Human Resources Officer. Lokar joins Mitel from HP, where he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Enterprise Services, Global Outsourcing and Application Services. Prior to that, Tom spent six years at AOL as Senior Vice President of HR Products, Platforms and Technology Development, before leaving to become president and co-founder of an online career management and talent management start-up. Early in his career Tom worked at Bristol Myers Squibb in leadership development and prior to that he spent 7 years in management consulting.
Pinstripe & Ochre House announced that Jane Bilcock has joined its global executive leadership team as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Jane previously served in senior HR roles at Dun and Bradstreet, WPP, Glaxo SmithKline and Diageo.
Cadence Health announced that Michael Wukitsch has been appointed executive vice president of human resources. Mr. Wukitsch joined Cadence Health from Children’s Hospital Colorado, Denver. He joined Children’s in 2005 as Vice President of Human Resources, and was named Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in 2011. Prior to joining Children’s Hospital Colorado, Mr. Wukitsch held the position of Director, Human Resources – Operations for Coors Brewing Company in Golden, Colo. He also served in a series of human resources leadership roles with Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee and was a consultant with Human Resource Management Systems, Inc., Glenview, Ill.
Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO) announced that the appointment of Deanna L. Jones as vice president of Human Resources and Administrative Services. Jones succeeds Robert L. Sovine who retired from Marathon Oil, after 33 years of service. Deanna L. Jones most recently served as vice president of Human Resources and chief commercial officer for Newfield Exploration Co. Prior to that, from 2008 until 2010, she served as Human Resource director, Reservoir Production Group of Schlumberger. Between 2006 and 2008, Jones held the position of vice president, North America for Schlumberger Information Solutions. From 2003 to 2006, she served as vice president of Personnel for Schlumberger Information Solutions. During the period 1993 to 2003, she worked in a variety of managerial assignments of increasing responsibility for Schlumberger in Canada and the U.S.
Kane Is Able, Inc. named Veronica Donchez as its new Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Donchez has more than twenty five years of human resources management experience in the retail, logistics, and supply chain arena. Prior to joining KANE, she served at ES3, LLC, and SUPERVALU, Inc.
