Hormel Foods Corporation (NYSE: HRL) announced the upcoming retirement of David P. Juhlke, vice president of human resources. As a result of this retirement, Lawrence C. Lyons, director of human resources, will advance to the position of vice president of human resources, effective March 3. Lyons joined Hormel Foods in 1978 as an industrial engineering trainee at the Fort Dodge Plant. In 1981, he became a compensation analyst at the Corporate Office, and later became industrial relations supervisor. In 1988, he transferred to the Beloit Plant in the role of manager of personnel and purchasing. Lyons became the corporate manager of safety and security at the Corporate Office in 1993, followed by other human resources roles including manager of employee relations and director of personnel. He has been in his current role since 2006.
AAIPharma Services Corp. announced the appointment of Lisa May as the Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. May is a Six Sigma Greenbelt and has over 25 years of experience as a leader in human resources with Abbott Laboratories and Hospira, Inc.
Liaison International announced that it has named Christopher D’Arcy as Vice President of Human Resources. D’Arcy most recently had been Vice President of Human Resources at Silverlink Communications. Before Silverlink Communications, D’Arcy was Manager of North American Sales/Digital Services Recruiting at Iron Mountain. Earlier, he was Senior Manager of Human Resources/Corporate Staffing at Cognex Corporation and Director of Corporate Staffing at Guardent.
Havas Worldwide announced the appointment of Julieann Vukovich as Chief Talent Officer, Havas Worldwide North America. Vukovich steps into the new position from Cramer-Krasselt, where for seven years she was Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources and served as a member of the North American Leadership Team. Vukovich previously spent 13 years at Energy BBDO, where she served as Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources and Administration.
Bill.com announced that it has added Jacqueline Hendy as Vice President of Human Resources. In addition to heading the J2 Consulting Group, Hendy led the Global Talent Management function for Equinix and the HR department at PayCycle, Inc. Hendy has also held leadership roles at Genus, AIXTRON, AG and Intuit.
