The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: PNC) announced that Vicki C. Henn will succeed Joan L. Gulley as chief human resources officer. Henn’s appointment will be effective with Gulley’s retirement on June 30. Henn currently serves as the senior human resources business partner for Retail Banking, the PNC business segment with the largest employee base. Since joining PNC in 1993, Henn has held a number of leadership positions, including deputy director of human resources for the Regional Community Bank, eastern division HR manager and staffing manager for the Distribution Segment. She also served as managing director, Community Development Banking, which provided her with business experience outside Human Resources. Before PNC, Henn was an assistant HR manager for Macy’s Northeast.
Morton Salt, Inc. announced today that Matt Beliveau has joined the company as Vice President, Human Resources. Beliveau joins Morton Salt from General Mills, where he spent more than a decade in human resources. His career at General Mills started in 2001 as an associate human resources manager based at one of the company’s major production facilities in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He then went on to hold various human resources positions of increasing responsibility and supported key functions and operations across the company. Most recently, Beliveau served as the Human Resources Director for the company’s Big G Cereals and Yoplait Yogurt Strategic Business Units. While at General Mills, he also served as a brand manager in the Cereals Division for one year. Prior to General Mills, Beliveau served as an officer in the U.S. Army and achieved the rank of Captain.
ProEnergy announced the addition of Dan Long as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining ProEnergy, Dan was Global VP of HR at AAF International (member of the Daikin Group), and held progressively responsible roles with Ingersoll Rand, IMC Global and ConAgra.
Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. announced that Tom Deany, vice president for Human Resources at Ball Aerospace, has been named vice president, Communications, Ball Aerospace. The company also announced that Vikki Schiff, director of Human Resources Operations at Ball Aerospace, has been promoted to vice president for Human Resources, Ball Aerospace. Deany joined Ball Aerospace in 2006 and was named vice president for Human Resources in 2010. Schiff has been with Ball Aerospace since 2005 and as director of Human Resources Operations has managed the company’s legal and compliance issues, as well as policy and procedure administration.
