Antares Pharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATRS) announced the appointment of Jennifer Evans Stacey, Esq. to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Human Resources and Secretary. Jennifer comes to Antares Pharma from FXI, Inc. where she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Human Resources from November 2012 until May 2014. From January 2005 until February 2012, Ms. Stacey served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Human Resources and Secretary at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Stacey was Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, and General Counsel of Aventis Behring LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aventis. Prior to the formation of Aventis Behring, Ms. Stacey was with Rhône-Poulenc Rorer (predecessor company of Aventis), first at its headquarters in Collegeville, PA and then at its offices in Paris, France as International Counsel. Ms. Stacey began her legal career at King & Spalding in Washington, DC, where she served as an associate in the Corporate Finance Department.
Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) announced the appointment of Dominique Grau as senior vice president, Human Resources. Grau will succeed Jean Halloran, who has announced plans to retire at the end of the fiscal year, Oct. 31. Grau will assume his new position Aug. 1, the date on which Agilent and its electronic measurement business, Keysight Technologies, are expected to begin conducting business separately within Agilent.
AECOM Technology Corporation announced that it has appointed Rick Heinick as executive vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO). Heinick joins AECOM from Bausch + Lomb, where he served as CHRO and head of transformation. Previously, he was a senior partner at Schaffer Consulting, where he led the mergers and acquisitions practice and specialized in client transformations.
The Boon Group, Inc. announced Marybeth Schmitz as its new Vice President of Human Resources. Marybeth started her career as a recruiter and spent the bulk of her career in New York City, running HR departments for Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns. Most recently, she served as Director of Human Resources at Kessler Topaz Meltzer and Check, a successful law firm in Philadelphia.
