Armed Forces Benefit Association (AFBA) announced that A. Jeanine Hoover joined as Vice President of Human Resources. Hoover comes to AFBA from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where she served as Vice President of Human Resources. She joined NCMEC in 2000 after many years of experience in all areas of human resources.
FORMA Therapeutics announced that Mary Wadlinger has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources. For the past 11 years, Mary has served at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a subsidiary of Takeda. Before entering the biotech sector, Mary served as Vice President, Human Resources and Customer Relations for a consumer goods internet retailer and led process improvement and auditing for a retail holding company.
Purdue Pharma L.P. announced that Susie Robinson, former head of human resources at Lumeris, has joined the company as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Lumeris, Robinson was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Infogroup. Prior to Infogroup, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at Dow Jones and Wyeth. Robinson also held various human resource positions at B. Braun.
Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALNY) announced the appointment of Karen Anderson as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Karen Anderson comes to Alnylam from Biogen Idec where she served as Vice President, Human Resources for R&D and Corporate Development. Prior to Biogen Idec, Karen was the Vice President of Human Resources, Commercial for Pfizer Inc. Earlier in her 10-year tenure with Pfizer, Karen supported Worldwide R&D. Before joining Pfizer, Ms. Anderson spent 6 years at Baxter, most recently as Global Human Resources Director.
