CipherCloud announced that Bonnie Helton, formerly the global head of HR for Applied Material’s emerging technology businesses, will become CipherCloud’s first Chief Human Resources Officer. Bonnie brings more than 15 years of HR experience from her past roles at startups and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Applied, Helton was the global vice president of HR at Brocade Communications. Her previous experience also includes head of HR for a venture-backed Internet startup company (ultimately acquired by Cisco).
Zynerba Pharmaceuticals, Inc. named Suzanne Hanlon as general counsel and vice president, human resources. Prior to joining Zynerba, she served as vice president, associate general counsel of NuPathe. Previously, she was chief development counsel at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals and vice president of global contracts at Omnicare Clinical Research.
Pragmatics announced the appointment of Michelle Geddes as Vice President of Human Resources. Geddes joined Pragmatics in April 2014 as Director of Human Resources. She previously served as Director of Human Resources and Administration for ProSol.
Cogeco Inc. announced the appointment of Diane Nyisztor as Vice President, Corporate Human Resources. Prior to joining Cogeco, Ms. Nyisztor served as Partner, International Executive Services at KPMG Canada. Previously, she held several executive positions with SNC-Lavalin Group Inc., notably as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Senior Vice President, Compensation and Benefits from 2004 to 2013. Ms. Nyisztor also served as Senior Principal, International Executive Services at KPMG, where she spent more than a decade after joining in 1989.
