California Dairies, Inc. (CDI) appointed Lowell Richardson to its executive staff as Senior Vice President Human Resources. For the past seven years, Richardson has been employed by Dean Foods where he held the roles of director human resources, senior director human resources and, most recently, vice president human resources. Previously, he spent 10 years at Amcor Sunclipse North America in various human resource and management positions.
Castlight Health®, Inc. (NYSE: CSLT) announced the appointment of J.C. Herrera as the company’s Chief People Officer. Herrera joins Castlight from global security software leader McAfee (an Intel company) where he served most recently as the SVP of Global Human Resources and Learning. Herrera started his career at Electronic Arts before assuming leadership positions at companies including Documentum/EMC and Dreyer’s/Nestle.
Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD) announced the promotion of Brad Thomas as Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development. Since 2008, Mr. Thomas served as CEO of The HR Impact Group. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Cytyc Corporation. Mr. Thomas has a broad background of global HR leadership experience at Citigroup, Pepsi, and GE.
Dex Media, Inc. (NASDAQ:DXM) announced that appointment of Deb Ryan as EVP Human Resources & Employee Administration. Ryan previously served as executive vice president – human resources and employee administration of SuperMedia Inc. from April 2012. Before joining SuperMedia, she served as VP – franchise development for Dex One Corporation from 2009 to 2011, VP – human resources – sales from 2006 to 2009, and VP – human resources from 2002 to 2006 at R.H. Donnelley, responsible for the company’s human resources function.
