Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) announced the appointment of Carol Campagnolo as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Most recently, Carol was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at SGK Worldwide. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Aon Consulting Worldwide.
Levi Strauss & Co. announced that it has appointed Elizabeth Wood as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective May 1, 2015. Wood joined LS&Co. from Toys “R” Us, Inc., where she was senior vice president of human resources. Prior to Toys “R” Us, Inc., she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Warnaco Group, before it was acquired by PVH Corporation. Elizabeth has also held leadership positions at Brooks Brothers and Marks and Spencer Group plc.
The Cadmus Group, Inc. announced that Kerri Morehart has joined the firm as vice president of human resources. Morehart comes to Cadmus from Phacil, where she served as chief human resources officer. She has also managed HR functions at Pragmatics, Inc., Fannie Mae, and SRA International. Morehart takes over HR leadership from the retiring Mary Raynard, who worked with Cadmus for over 14 years.
Lazydays has appointed Nancy Smith as vice-president of human resources for the company. Prior to joining Lazydays, Smith served as director of human resources for the Lakeland Area Mass Transit District. Prior to that role, she served as vice-president of administration and director of human resources for the Employers Insurance Company in Reno, Nevada. In addition, Smith worked for the Intuit Corporation, also in Reno, as a certified process excellence black belt.
Calhoun Vision, Inc. announced that Rick A. Heinick has been named Chief Executive Officer and President, effective March 30. Prior to Calhoun, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources and Transformation Officer at Bausch + Lomb Incorporated. Most recently, Mr. Heinick was Executive Vice President of AECOM. Earlier in his career, Mr. Heinick served in various entrepreneurial and consulting roles, including Senior Partner at Schaffer Consulting and Founder and CEO of Personal Performance Software. Mr. Heinick currently serves on the board of directors of Amydis Diagnostics.
