F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV) announced the hire of Kristen Roby Dimlow to lead its global Human Resources organization as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining F5, she worked at Microsoft for 18 years, most recently as the Human Resources General Manager for the Microsoft Devices Group. Before this role, she held a number of Microsoft HR leadership roles including responsibility for the Online Services Division, the Platforms and Services Division, Windows and Core Operating Systems Divisions and led Microsoft’s University Staffing function. While at Microsoft, Roby Dimlow also held finance leadership roles, including: Senior Director Xbox Finance, Windows Client & Server Controller, and Office Controller. Before joining Microsoft, Roby Dimlow worked for nine years at the Walt Disney Studios, most recently as Vice President of Finance for the Disney TeleVentures group. She began her career as a financial analyst with General Electric.
Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. appointed Amy Ariano vice president, Human Resources. Before joining Gulfstream, Ariano was vice president, Human Resources – Private Brands and Commercial Foods, for ConAgra Foods Inc. Before that, she worked in a series of roles with ConAgra, including vice president of Human Resources Integration and vice president of Corporate Human Resources. Prior to ConAgra, Ariano held a number of human resources positions at SPX Corp.
Impax Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ: IPXL) announced that it appointed Donna M. Hughes, as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Hughes joins Impax from Actavis, where she was Vice President, Labor and Employment, and a member of Actavis’ Global Leadership Team and Human Resources Leadership Team. Prior to joining Actavis, Ms. Hughes served as Director and Assistant General Counsel for Circuit City Stores, Inc., where she managed the company’s employment law department. She spent seven years in private practice and worked at New Jersey law firms Pitney, Hardin, LLP and St. John & Wayne, LLC. She has previously served as adjunct faculty for Rutgers University School of Management, Rutgers University’s Political Science Department, and Seton Hall University School of Law.
Recondo Technology announced that Kathleen Brenk has joined the company as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Brenk joins Recondo from Trust Company of America (TCA). Brenk served as TCA’s vice president of people and culture. Previously, Brenk served as senior HR manager of Business HR at Baxa Corporation. Kathleen has also held HR positions at EchoStar/DISH Network, The Home Depot, and High Speed Access Corp.
Clyde Companies, Inc. announced the appointment of Daniel C. Walker as Vice President, Human Resources. Walker is a 27-year human resources veteran who joined the Clyde Companies in 2006 as Director of Human Resources for Geneva Rock Products. Prior to his recent promotion, Walker served as Director of Human Resources for Clyde Companies, Inc. Before joining Clyde Companies, Walker enjoyed a successful career with Sears Holdings.
Salo announced that Lisa Brezonik has been named chief talent officer. Brezonik succeeds Ann Ruschy who was recently promoted to chief connection officer. Brezonik comes to Salo from Brezonik Consulting. Prior to her consulting work, Brezonik spent seven years with RBC Dain Rauscher as chief administrative officer of Fixed Income and senior vice president of Human Resources and Communications. Brezonik also held various human resources management-level positions with Integ Inc., Room and Board, and Coram Healthcare.
The Krystal Company® announced that Tom Murrill, joined the company as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). Most recently, Murrill served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Silver Airlines and then Western Global Airlines. He spent more than a decade at Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD. as their Chief Human Resources Officer and spent several years as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Steak & Shake Company.
