Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) announced that Hope Hardison, who leads Human Resources for the company, will become Chief Administrative Officer, effective Aug. 31, 2015. Human Resources will become part of CAO and continue to be led by Hardison. Hardison has led HR since 2010 and was promoted to report to the CEO in 2014. She previously held leadership positions in Finance, Strategic Planning, and Compensation.
McCoy Global Inc. (TSX: MCB) announced that Suzanne Langier has joined McCoy Global as Vice President, Human Resources. From 1997 to 2006, Mrs. Langier held progressively senior Human Resources roles at Grant Prideco Ltd. From 2006 to 2008, Mrs. Langier was the Canadian Human Resources Manager at Emerson Process Management, Valve Automation, and served as the company’s Director, Global Organization Development until 2010. Mrs. Langier served as Director, Talent Management at Capital Power Corporation from 2010 to 2011, and joined Finning (Canada) in 2011 as Director, HR Corporate Services & Recruitment prior to taking on the role of Director, Talent Management & Recruitment at Finning.
Accuvant and FishNet Security, announced the appointment of Veena Bricker as the company’s first-ever chief human resources officer (CHRO). Previously, she served as senior vice president of CoreSite. Bricker also held a variety of human resources leadership roles at Avaya. Bricker has held HR positions of increasing responsibility at McData Corporation, Quest Cybersolutions, Storagetek, US West, Whirlpool Corporation and Baxter Healthcare.
