New Jersey Resources (NYSE: NJR) [WALL, N.J.] announced that Amanda E. Mullan has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Mullan joined NJR in 2015 after serving in executive leadership roles in the area of human resources for over 20 years.
AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) [SUNNYVALE, CA] announced the promotion of Ruth Cotter to senior vice president of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Investor Relations. Cotter is a 13-year AMD veteran, Cotter previously led AMD’s global relationships with the media, industry analysts and Wall Street as corporate vice president of communications and investor relations. Prior to joining AMD, Cotter spent several years at Trintech Group plc, and CRH plc.
Stoneridge, Inc. (NYSE: SRI) [WARREN, Ohio] announced that Alisa A. Nagle has joined the Stoneridge management team in the role of Chief Human Resources Officer. Nagle joined Johnson Controls, Inc., a global diversified company in the building and automotive industries, in 2007 as Director, Human Resources – Automotive Experience. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Human Resources – Global Aftermarket and Original Equipment Groups, and Global Central Functions. Nagle began her career with Ford Motor Company and held positions of increasing responsibility in the human resources field during her 17-year tenure.
America’s Test Kitchen [BROOKLINE, MA] announced that Colleen Zelina has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Zelina recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ALM Media, LLC in New York.
SeaChange International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SEAC) [ACTON, Mass.] appointed Martha Restrepo to Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Restrepo joins SeaChange from Monster Worldwide. Prior to Monster, she served as an HR director and vice president for Spectrum Brands. Restrepo aslo spent her three years with The Hershey Company. Her career started with a 15-year tenure for PepsiCo International.
Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH) [COVINGTON, Ky.] announced that Gregory W. Elliott has joined the company as vice president and chief human resources and communications officer. Since 2008, he has served as senior vice president, human resources and administration, at Navistar, Inc. Prior to that, Elliott was vice president, corporate human resources and administration for four years and also served as vice president of corporate communications from 1999 to 2004. Before joining Navistar, Elliott served as director of executive communications of General Motors Corporation from 1997 to 1999. Prior to joining Navistar, Elliott held communication leadership roles at Nissan North America and Toyota.
Bunge Limited (NYSE: BG) [WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.] announced the appointment of Deborah Borg as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective January 1, 2016. Borg replaces Vicente Teixeira, who is retiring. She served most recently as President Dow USA. Borg held a variety of senior HR and leadership positions at Dow, which she joined in 2000. She started her career at the company as Human Resources Manager for Australia / New Zealand, and held regional and business HR roles in Asia, Europe and North America. She also served as Global HR Director, Marketing and Sales, and led the Human Capital and Development function for Dow. Prior to joining Dow, Deborah served in HR and talent development roles with General Motors Australia.
