Twitter announced that vice president of human resources Skip Schipper will be leaving the organization.
Business Wire [NEW YORK] announced the promotion of Pat Evans to the position of executive vice president, global operations and human resources. Evans has served as senior vice president, global operations and human resources, since 2006.
The Andersons, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANDE) [MAUMEE, Ohio] announced that Valerie M. (Val) Blanchett will become Vice President of Human Resources, following the retirement of Arthur D. DePompei. Most recently Blanchett served as the Vice President for the Food Ingredients & Systems Platform for Cargill, Inc. in Minneapolis, Minn. Prior to joining Cargill in 2006, Blanchett spent 21 years with Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Mich. and Chicago, Ill., holding various HR leadership positions.
Ruth’s Hospitality Group [ORLANDO, Fla.] announced the appointment of Susie Gorsline to Chief People Officer, following the retirement of Rick Crossland. Prior to joining Ruth’s, Susie held a number of HR Leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Organizational Development and Vice President of Leadership Development at Au Bon Pain, UNO Restaurants and Metromedia Restaurant Group.
Sullair [Chicago] announced the appointment of Heather Ronnow as Vice President, Human Resources. Ronnow joins Sullair after spending two years with Global Experience Specialists (GES), a division of Viad Corporation, where she served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Ronnow’s experience also includes human resource leadership positions at a number of large organizations across manufacturing, service and distribution industries, including Little Lady Foods, Rexam Beverage Can North America, ARAMARK, and Keebler.
