Target Corporation [MINNEAPOLIS] (NYSE: TGT) announced the promotion of Stephanie Lundquist to executive vice president, chief human resources officer. She replaces former CHRO Jodee Kozlak. Since joining Target in 2005, Lundquist has held leadership positions in talent acquisition, talent management, and operational roles in business integration and program management. Most recently, Lundquist was the senior vice president of human resources.
Alliant Energy Corporation [MADISON, Wis] (NYSE: LNT) announced the promotion of Wayne Reschke to Senior Vice President. Wayne has served as Vice President of Human Resources since joining Alliant Energy in 2009. In addition to bringing experienced guidance to the company’s talent management, he has provided strong leadership for the safety and marketing and communications areas.
Brunswick Corporation [LAKE FOREST, Ill.] (NYSE:BC) announced that the Board elected Brenna Preisser as the Company’s vice president and chief human resources officer effective March 31, 2016. Preisser, who most recently was senior director – human resources, will succeed Russell Lockridge, who is retiring after nearly 17 years in the HR position. Preisser joined the Brunswick Boat Group in 2004 as a division human resources manager in Knoxville, Tenn. She progressed through a series of assignments of increasing responsibility within the Boat Group until 2011, when she was named director – talent management for Brunswick Corporation. During her time in that position, Preisser added the responsibilities of vice president – human resources for the Company’s former bowling and billiards division. In 2013, she was named vice president – human resources for Life Fitness, and returned to the corporate staff in 2015.
