Pacific Gas and Electric Company [SAN FRANCISCO] (NYSE: PCG) announced that Dinyar B. Mistry was named senior vice president, Human Resources of PG&E and its parent company, PG&E Corporation. Mistry currently serves as vice president, chief financial officer and controller of Pacific Gas and Electric Company as well as vice president and controller of PG&E Corporation. Mistry will maintain both of these Finance roles until a successor is hired. Mistry joined PG&E in 1994 and during his career has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility in the Finance and Regulatory organizations at both PG&E and PG&E Corporation, including vice president of Regulation and Rates, vice president of Internal Auditing/Compliance and Ethics, and vice president and Chief Risk and Audit Officer. Prior to his arrival at PG&E, Mistry was a senior manager at KPMG.
Devon Energy Corp. [OKLAHOMA CITY] (NYSE: DVN) announced that Tana Cashion, vice president of Human Resources, is being promoted to senior vice president of Human Resources, following the resignation of former CHRO, Frank Rudolph. Cashion began her career with Devon in 2005 and was promoted to vice president of Human Resources in 2010. During her more than 20 years in human resources, Cashion has worked in the oil and gas, retail and wholesale industries.
Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores [HUDSON, Ohio] announced the appointment of Janet Duliga as senior vice president (SVP) of human resources (HR). Janet was most recently with Luxottica, as the SVP of HR for Sunglass Hut & Luxury Retail, North America, a division of Luxottica. Duliga previously served in HR roles of increasing responsibility with Pacific Sunwear of California, Wet Seal and Nordstrom, Inc.
Celanese Corporation [DALLAS] (NYSE: CE) announced that Lori A. Johnston, the company’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources, has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, in addition to her leadership of Human Resources. Johnston has served as the company’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources since 2012. Prior to joining Celanese, she was the Vice President, International Human Resources for Amgen, Inc. She previously held management positions at the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation and Dell, Inc.
Crawford & Company® [ATLANTA] (NYSE: CRDA; CRDB) has named Bonnie C. Sawdey senior vice president and chief people officer. Sawdey joined the company in 1989 and has held numerous positions, mostly in the Human Resources department, and in 2014 was named vice president of Human Resources. She was named Benefit Manager of the Year in 2015 by Business Insurance magazine.
Turner announced that Angela Santone has been promoted to executive vice president and global chief human resources officer. Santone has held various roles within Turner’s HR organization since first joining the company in 2001. Santone joined Turner from S2 Systems, Inc., where she served as education and documentation manager and HR generalist.
