Aleris [CLEVELAND] announced that it has appointed Tami Polmanteer to the position of executive vice president, chief human resources officer. Polmanteer most recently served as chief human resources officer at Daymon Worldwide of Stamford, Connecticut. Prior to joining Daymon in 2011, Polmanteer served as vice president of human resources, International and Corporate Functions for the Kellogg Company. She joined in 1995 and advanced to hold HR roles of increasing responsibility within multiple divisions. Prior to Kellogg, Tami worked at Abex NWL Aerospace.
Bloomberg BNA [ARLINGTON, Va.] announced that it has appointed Christina Correira as chief human resources officer. Correira most recently served as chief human resources officer for government contractor USIS.
Nintex [BELLEVUE, Wash.] announced the addition of Robyn Singh as Vice President of Human Resources. Singh joins Nintex from Citrix where for the past four years she served as global HR Leader for the Mobility Apps Business Unit supporting 2,500 employees worldwide. Prior to that, she spent 12 years in increasing HR leadership positions at Microsoft including the Windows, Xbox, and Marketing teams. Singh also has held HR roles with Deckers Outdoor Corporation and Service Alternatives for Washington.
CoxHealth [Springfield, Missouri] announced that Andy Hedgpeth, CoxHealth’s director of Benefits and Employee Relations, has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. Hedgpeth joined CoxHealth in 2008 and has worked as compliance coordinator, benefits manager, and director for Benefits and Employee Relations.
Tenet Healthcare Corporation [DALLAS] (NYSE: THC) announced that Robert W. K. Webb has been named senior vice president and chief human resources officer, effective May 16. Mr. Webb succeeds Cathy Fraser, who left Tenet earlier this year to join the Mayo Clinic. Mr. Webb joins Tenet after almost nine years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he served as executive vice-president and chief human resources officer. Prior to Hyatt, Mr. Webb served as head of global service delivery for Citi Employee Services at Citigroup, Inc. During his 19-year tenure with Citigroup, Inc., and two predecessor companies, he served as chief administrative officer for a global business unit and held several senior human resources roles in North America and international operations. Mr. Webb is on the board of BSR. He is also a director for the Human Rights Campaign Foundation Board, the Gale Sayers Foundation, and Operation HOPE.
Heartland Dental, LLC welcomed Todd Petersen as its chief human resources officer. Prior to joining Heartland Dental, he was the co-founder, president and chief operations officer for Firelands Group, LLC. He has also held key leadership roles at companies such as Coventry Health Care and others.
