Align Technology, Inc. [SAN JOSE, CA.] (NASDAQ: ALGN) announced that Stuart Hockridge will join the Company as vice president of Global Human Resources, replacing Jennifer Erfurth, Align’s vice president of Global Human Resources since October 2012. Mr. Hockridge was most recently senior vice president of Talent at Visa Inc. Prior to Visa, Mr. Hockridge held human resource management positions at GE Healthcare.
Ten-X [IRVINE and SILICON VALLEY, Calif.] announced the promotion of Chris Galy to chief people officer. Prior to joining Ten-X in 2014, he served in human resources leadership roles at Intuit, Xilinx, Harmonic, and Integrated Device Technology. He served as an active duty army aviation officer and after leaving active duty, Chris continued serving as an army reserves human resources officer with the United States Military Academy, the Army Research Institute for Social and Behavioral Sciences, and as an emergency preparedness liaison officer.
EiQ Networks [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Bob Quinn to the newly created role of Chief People Officer. Most recently, Quinn served as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and Operations at Intralinks. Previously, Quinn held leadership positions with Thomson Financial Services, webMethods, and Akamai Technologies.
Answer Financial [ENCINO, Calif.] announced that Jey Wagner will be the Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Answer, Wagner served as an HR Executive within the Airline, Consumer Products, and Technology industries.
NFP [NEW YORK] announced that it has promoted Kim Davis to Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously as an entrepreneur, Davis established two HR- and benefits-focused firms. Most recently, she was co-founder of a benefits procurement consortium.
WePay [REDWOOD CITY, Calif.] announced the appointment of Kathy Ryan as its new vice president of human resources. Kathy was most recently at Google as the HR lead for the Search product group. Prior to Google, Kathy led global talent management at Intel Security (McAfee) as well as Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. in addition to human resources leadership positions at Sun Microsystems and Levi Strauss.
