The Coca-Cola Company [ATLANTA] announced Jennifer Mann, currently Chief of Staff to the President and COO, will become Chief People Officer. Previously, Jennifer was Vice President and General Manager of Global Coca-Cola Freestyle. She was appointed head of the Global Freestyle Center in 2012. She joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1997 as a Manager in the National Customer Support division of North America. She’s progressed through various customer and operational roles including Director, McDonald’s Customer & Consumer Operations, Director, Good Answer, and Vice President, Foodservice & On-Premise Strategy and Marketing in Coca-Cola Refreshments. Mann is replacing Ceree Eberly, current Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer, will retire after a 27-year Coca-Cola career.

Rent the Runway [NEW YORK] hired Elana Krieger as its new Chief People Officer.  She joins Rent the Runway with 15 years of experience in HR and HR Legal positions at Boxed, Viacom and Clifford Chance.

VERTS Mediterranean Grill [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Rachael Kelly Marcus as Vice President of Human Resources. Marcus is a seasoned HR leader in the restaurant industry working with teams such as Sonic Drive-In and Pizza Hut of America.

The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America [NEW YORK] promoted Jay Rosenblum to chief human resources officer. Mr. Rosenblum has been with Guardian since 2015. Previously, he served as senior vice president of government affairs for both Guardian and The Hartford. His experience also includes representing the accounting profession in Washington, D.C., first at Ernst & Young and later as the head of Grant Thornton’s government affairs office. Earlier in his career, he served in the Clinton administration as a law clerk with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
