Southeastern Health [Lumberton, NC] announced the appointment of Patrick Ebri as SeHealth Vice President of Talent and Culture, and Chief Engagement Officer. Dr. Ebri worked at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick, Ga., for 22 years. For 10 years, he worked there as vice president of human resources.
TIAA [NEW YORK] announced the promotion of Sean N. Woodroffe to Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective March 1, 2018. Woodroffe will succeed Skip Spriggs, who will be joining The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) as the organization’s new President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining TIAA in 2017, Woodroffe was Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at National Life Group. He has also held senior HR roles at Sun Life Financial, Financial Guaranty Insurance Company (FGIC), and the United Bank for Africa. He started his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. and spent over 18 years there, serving as First Vice President and Head of International Human Resources based in London. He also led HR for Merrill Lynch’s Japan Wealth Management business unit based in Tokyo.
Masonite International Corporation [TAMPA, Fla.] (NYSE: DOOR) announced the appointment of Bob Paxton as Senior Vice President, Human Resources effective February 26, 2018. Bob joins Masonite from Owens Corning where he served in various human resource and operational roles since 2010, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources for Owens Corning’s Composites business. Prior to joining Owens Corning, Bob was the SVP of Human Resources for Broadwind Energy and also held various human resources positions with Whirlpool and BP, including assignments in Asia and Europe.
ClearDATA [AUSTIN, Texas] announced the addition of Sue Darrow as senior vice president of human resources (SVP, HR). Darrow brings her expertise as former Chief People Officer at BuildASign.com, as well as her international experience as VP of Global HR for Mozido.
Capital Senior Living Corporation [DALLAS] (NYSE: CSU) announced that Jeremy D. Falke has joined the Company as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Falke previously served as the Vice President, Talent, Culture and Performance Systems for Tenet Healthcare. Prior to this role, Mr. Falke served from 2004 until 2012 as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Creighton University Medical Center, a part of Tenet Healthcare in Omaha, Nebraska.
Johns Manville (JM) [DENVER], a Berkshire Hathaway company, announced Eric Cremer is the company’s new Chief Human Resources Officer. Cremer has worked for the past two years as Director of Human Resources for JM’s Engineered Products business. Cremer worked at Merck & Co., Agilent Technologies and Kraft Foods before joining Johns Manville in 2004. Over the next eight years he held a variety of HR positions, including North America Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations, Senior HR Manager and Regional HR Manager in McPherson, Kan. Cremer left JM in 2012 to work as Vice President of Human Resources at Vistar in Centennial, Colo. He returned to JM in 2016.
FirstEnergy Corp. (NYSE: FE) [AKRON, Ohio] announced that Charles D. Lasky, senior vice president, Human Resources, has been named senior vice president, Human Resources, and chief human resources officer. Lasky joined the company in 1986.
Innophos Holdings, Inc. [CRANBURY, N.J.] (NASDAQ: IPHS) announced that it has appointed Robert Sklans as SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer. Sklans comes to Innophos from Elementis, where he served as CHRO and led the global HR function, while also serving as Supervisory Board Member for Elementis Specialties, Netherlands BV. Before joining Elementis, Sklans served as VP of HR, North America (NA) Region for Royal DSM. Earlier, he was Director of Talent Management, NA Region, for Evonik Industries. Sklans also served in a variety of leadership roles for Johnson & Johnson, the last as a Director, Global Talent Management, for Medical Device & Diagnostics.
DRT Strategies, Inc. (DRT) [ARLINGTON, VA.] announced that the company has hired Dave Potts as its Chief Talent Officer. Potts comes to DRT with 23 years of experience leading talent, development, and learning functions for several Fortune 100 companies including CenturyLink, Verizon, and Tech Data. Additionally, he led talent management and workforce planning consulting services for Deloitte and BearingPoint. Most recently, Potts served as a Principal with The North Highland Company.
HighPoint Global [Reston, VA] announced the appointment of Kristen Mullins to its executive team as Chief Human Resources Officer. Mullins most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources at Oceus Networks. She has also held senior-level human resources roles at Grant Thornton LLP and BTG, Inc.
