Ron Garrow
Pharmaceutical Product Development, LLC (PPD) [WILMINGTON, N.C.] has named Ron Garrow executive vice president and chief human resource officer (CHRO). Garrow joins PPD from Belk, where most recently he served as chief human resource officer. Prior to joining Belk in 2016, he spent six years with Mastercard and served as its chief human resource officer starting in 2013. Before joining Mastercard, Garrow served as the chief learning officer for Bank of America. Prior to that, Garrow served as the HR executive for Bank of America’s chief financial officer group. Garrow joined Bank of America after 19 years at Wachovia, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility, his last role being chief learning officer.
FULLBEAUTY Brands Inc. [NEW YORK] announced the addition of Robert Lepere as Chief People Officer. Lepere previously worked as the VP of Talent Strategy for Ascena Retail Group, and prior to that held a variety of human resources positions within Ann Inc. Lepere also served as the Head of HR & Stores for Charlotte Russe and was the HR Director for Old Navy.
GuideSpark [REDWOOD CITY, CALIF.] announced the appointment of John Staines, CHRO and SVP People & Culture. John is a seasoned HR leader with global executive experience at nationally recognized companies like PepsiCo, Mattel, The Gap, and Cigna.

Jennifer Greenwald
Playboy Enterprises, Inc. [LOS ANGELES] announced the appointment of Jennifer Greenwald to the position of Senior Vice President of People. Ms. Greenwald comes to Playboy after nearly a decade at RED, most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
NCR Corporation [ATLANTA] (NYSE: NCR) announced the addition of Debra Bronder, who joins as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Bronder most recently led Human Resources for Cardtronics. Previously, Bronder was the Executive Vice President, HR Operations for Metavante.
Cinedigm Corp. [LOS ANGELES] (NASDAQ: CIDM) announced that Mark Torres has been hired as Vice President of Human Resources. Torres has served as a senior Human Resources executive with such companies as Sony Pictures Entertainment, Ticketmaster and Reed Elsevier/Variety, as well as several technology and media start-up companies. Mark also served as SVP of People & Culture at AdTec/Rubicon Project. In addition to consulting with several start-up media organizations, Mark served as the VP of HR and Administration at phenomenon.

Angela L. Cinefro
Ankura [WASHINGTON D.C.] announced the appointment of Angela L. Cinefro as its new Chief People Officer. Ms. Cinefro joins Ankura from Clarity Insights where she was Chief Operating Officer and former Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Clarity Insights, Angela held the positions of Chief Human Resources Officer at MedExpress and Operations Vice President of Business Solutions at Hewlett-Packard. Additionally, she served as the Chief People Officer for Knightsbridge Solutions, and held several leadership roles at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Abeona Therapeutics Inc. [NEW YORK and CLEVELAND] (NASDAQ: ABEO) appointed Kristina Maximenko as Global Head of Human Resources. Ms. Maximenko most recently served as the Global HR Director for Advanced Accelerator Applications (AAAP), a Novartis company.
Bird [VENICE, Calif.] announced Taylor Rose joined as the company’s Director of People. Rose previously led people programs for a range of early to late stage technology companies in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Adriana Bokel Herde
Pegasystems Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NASDAQ: PEGA) announced it has appointed Adriana Bokel Herde as chief people officer and senior vice president. Ms. Bokel succeeds Jeff Yanagi, who will be retiring from Pega. Most recently, Ms. Bokel Herde was chief people officer and chief evangelist officer at PeopleDoc. Prior to that, she was vice president of people services at Biogen.
Astreya [SAN JOSE, Calif.] announced the appointment of Kris Hamner as Vice President of Global Human Resources. Kris joins from Foxconn Interconnect Technology (FIT) where he led HR; prior to FIT, Kris held various global HR executive roles at HP, Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, Avago Technologies (now Broadcom), and Canon, among others.
Lithia Motors, Inc. [MEDFORD, Ore.] (NYSE: LAD) announced Erik Lewis as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Lewis assumes oversight of Human Resources from Chris Holzshu, Lithia’s Executive Vice President. Erik most recently served as the CHRO of Apple Leisure Group and has held related roles at Walmart stores and Sysco Corporation. Previously, he consulted for numerous organizations while working at PwC and Andersen LLP.

Randell McShepard
RPM International Inc. [MEDINA, Ohio] (NYSE: RPM) announced that Randell McShepard has been named Chief Talent Officer. He will continue to serve as vice president – public affairs, a position he has held for more than 10 years. McShepard joined RPM in 2001 as director of community affairs. Previously, he served as executive director of City Year Cleveland and, before that, as assistant director of administration and program development for the Cleveland Bicentennial Commission.
