NCC Media [NEW YORK] announced it has named Deborah Josephs as chief people officer. Josephs joins NCC from IAC Applications where she served as chief people officer. Earlier, Josephs played a central role in the success of DoubleClick where as VP, human resources. Josephs has also served as SVP, people operations at eXelate and EVP, human resources at Everyday Health. Previous experience includes HR management positions at The McGraw-Hill Companies, Standard & Poors and Ogilvy.
EagleView [BELLEVUE, WASH.] announced that Ruby White has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources. White was previously Vice President of Human Resources. Ruby’s previous experience includes a role as Vice President of Global HR & Administration at Napster and positions at RealNetworks, Weyerhaeuser, Federated Logistics, and Comcast Cable.
Semma Therapeutics, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced the appointments of Ann Darda as Head of Human Resources. Most recently, Darda served as the Global Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development for Novartis Institutes of BioMedical Research (NIBR). Ms. Darda also held leadership roles at Biogen and Wyeth/Pfizer.
