Blackbaud [CHARLESTON, S.C.] (NASDAQ: BLKB) announced Margaret “Maggie” Driscoll as Chief People Officer. Driscoll succeeds John Mistretta as current head of HR as he retires after 14 years. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Driscoll spent more than 15 years at the Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon) leading global human resources with responsibilities including HR strategic direction and change management. Prior to BNY Mellon, Driscoll was the director of human resources at CCBN, and also led HR for C‑bridge/eXcelon.
PagerDuty, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (NYSE: PD) announced Joe Militello as PagerDuty’s new Chief People Officer (CPO). Militello most recently held the position of CPO at Pivotal. Prior to joining Pivotal, he served as Vice President, Human Resources of the Greenplum Division at EMC Corporation. Before Greenplum, Joe held various leadership roles in M&A, Recruiting and HR Operations.
Entergy Corporation [NEW ORLEANS] (NYSE: ETR) named Kathryn Collins as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Collins began her career as an industrial engineer with Texas Instruments before moving to the human resources discipline to lead talent and organizational effectiveness programs. Collins later moved to JCPenney to serve as vice president of talent acquisition, inclusion and diversity. She served as vice president of talent management and human resources systems at RealPage. At Trinity Industries she served as vice president of corporate human resources leading talent acquisition, total rewards, HR systems, talent management, and employee relations functions. Her most recent role was chief human resources officer for Arcosa.
Commonwealth Care Alliance [BOSTON] (CCA) announced the appointment of Alfred Enagbare as Chief People Officer. Prior to joining CCA, Enagbare was Vice President of Human Resources for The Travelers Companies, Inc., where he held the positions of Vice President, Human Resources for Enterprise Technology, Operations, eBusiness and EBIA Groups; Business Insurance; and Field Human Resources. Enagbare also worked for The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. as Vice President of Human Resources for the Group Benefits Division; Novartis Pharmaceuticals Group and Novartis Consumer Health in several senior human resources positions; and senior-level positions with McDonald’s Corporation in the United States and South Africa.
JLL [CHICAGO] (NYSE: JLL) announced the appointment of Raymond Hall as the Head of Human Resources (HR) for the Americas. He succeeds Mary Bilbrey, who maintains her position as JLL’s global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).Hall joins from the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies where he served as CHRO. Hall began his career with the U.S. Army and then worked in a variety of industries and roles at organizations including the International Paper Company, Cargill, Ulteig and Flowserve Corporation.
MetaBank [SIOUX FALLS, S.D.], a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meta Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CASH), announced that Kathi Winter has joined Meta as Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer. Winter joins Meta after having held the Chief Human Resources Officer position at UnitedWeb | Nextiva | Sitelock. Winter’s career includes over six years at iMortgage | Loan Depot, as well as over eleven years at Honeywell, serving in a variety of global Human Resources and Organizational Development roles.
