Levi Strauss & Co. [SAN FRANCISCO] (NYSE: LEVI) announced that it has hired Tracy Layney as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective April 20, 2020. Most recently, Layney was Senior Vice President and CHRO at Shutterfly, Inc. Prior to her time at Shutterfly, Layney held numerous senior leadership roles at Gap Inc., including Senior Vice President, HR for Old Navy and VP, Gap Inc. Global HR Strategy, Technology, and Operations. Earlier in her career, Layney worked at LS&Co. as a Senior Organization Readiness Manager.
Altair [TROY, Mich.] (NASDAQ: ALTR) announced that Gilma Saravia has joined the company as chief people officer. Most recently she was vice president, global corporate human resources and talent for Aptiv. Prior to Aptiv, she held executive roles at U. S. Steel and served as a senior manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital consulting group.
Enfusion [CHICAGO] announced the hire of Julie Nagle as Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Trustwave, Head of Human Resources at Harris Associates and Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Forsythe Technology, Inc.
Therapy Brands [BIRMINGHAM, Ala.] announced Julie Gettys as their Vice President of People Operations. Gettys most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at iSolved HCM. Prior to that, she held a variety of progressively challenging people-centric positions such as director and manager of human resources.
Battelle [COLUMBUS, Ohio] promoted Aimee Kennedy to Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Previously she was Vice President of Education and Philanthropy. Kennedy came to Battelle in 2013 as VP of Education, Philanthropy and STEM Learning after being the principal of the Metro Early College High School, a school co-founded by Battelle.
BFS Capital [CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.] announced the appointment of Sheri Chin as Chief People Officer. Chin is assuming the role after serving as CMO for the past two years. Prior to BFS Capital, Chin served as Vice President of Global Marketing at ACI Worldwide. She has also held senior marketing roles at Official Payments (previously Tier Technologies) and American Express.
