Perficient, Inc. [SAINT LOUIS] (NASDAQ: PRFT) announced that Andrea Lampert has joined the company as Vice President of People. Lampert most recently served as the VP of Talent Strategies at BJC HealthCare. Lampert previously held similar HR leadership positions with other leading companies, including Express Scripts.
Verso Corporation [MIAMISBURG, Ohio] (NYSE: VRS) announced that Terrence M. Dyer has been appointed Verso’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Communications. Dyer has served in human resources leadership roles at several Fortune 1000 companies, including Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Worthington Industries; Vice President, Human Resources for Armstrong World Industries Inc.; and Human Resources Manager at Burlington Industries, Inc. Dyer will replace predecessor Kenneth D. Sawyer who retired from Verso.
UL Inc. [NORTHBROOK, Ill.] (UL) announced that Linda Chapin has joined the organization as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. She most recently served in senior HR roles for Johnson Controls, and also worked at Logica and Hewlett Packard.
Fetch Rewards [MADISON, Wis.] announced that it hired Rukmini Banerjee to be its Chief People Officer. Banerjee joins Fetch from CUNA Mutual Group where she was Vice President of Shared Services. Prior to that she served as Director of Strategic Operations for HSBC Bank’s Consumer and Wholesale Lending division. Banerjee also spent four years at GE in Australia where she was a Customer Support Leader.
