Kelly [TROY, MI] named Amy Bouque as its new Chief HR Officer. Bouque joins Kelly from Ally Financial Inc., where she has served as Executive Director of Talent Management since 2014. Prior to joining Ally in 2008 as an HR Director, Bouque spent six years in HR at DTE Energy. Bouque will officially join Kelly on September 8.
PVH Corp. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: PVH) announced Julie Fuller, NIKE, Inc.’s Vice President of Global Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, will join the company next month and assume the role of Chief Human Resources Officer on Jan. 1, 2021. Dave Kozel will transition out of his role as EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, at the end of the year and serve in an advisory capacity through 2021. In addition to six years at Nike, where she also led HR for North America, Fuller held key HR leadership positions at both Avon and PepsiCo.
Chicken Salad Chick [AUBURN, AL] appointed Mary Lou Atkins as Vice President of Human Resources. Atkins joined Chicken Salad Chick in 2019 as Human Resource Director, previously holding various positions with Popeyes over the course of 35 years.
uniQure [Lexington, MA] named James Brady as Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, Brady served as Vice President of Human Resources at Intarcia Therapeutics. Before joining Intarcia, he served in several organization development and effectiveness roles at Genzyme, a Sanofi Company, including Genzyme’s global biotechnology manufacturing and distribution operations. Prior to that, Jamie held leadership and talent development roles at Thomson Financial and held educational positions focused on leadership and management-related topics.
Select Interior Concepts, Inc. [ATLANTA] (NASDAQ: SIC) announced the appointment of Deme Christian as Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently she was a Director of Global HR Services at United Parcel Services. Between 2015 and 2019, she was Chief Human Resource Officer, Americas, for IG Design Group, Inc. Prior to that, she held executive positions of increasing responsibility at WestRock Company, RealPage, Inc. and Alcoa, Inc.
ZOOM+Care [PORTLAND, OR] announced that Karleen Mussman will take on the newly created Chief People Officer role. Mussman’s human resources experience spans from major services organizations to large corporations, including CapGemini, iXL, ABN AMRO, BP, Heidrick & Struggles, A.T. Kearney, and Baker Tilly.
