NerdWallet [SAN FRANCISCO] welcomed Lynee Luque as its new Vice President of People. Luque joins NerdWallet from Envoy, where she was VP and Head of People. Prior to Envoy, Luque led global HR teams for Twitter, Mozilla and Intel.
Publicis Sapient [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Kameshwari Rao as Global Chief People Officer. Since 2001, Rao has steadily led Human Resources practices in a variety of roles at Publicis Sapient. Her most recent role at the company was Group Vice President, People Success, and after just two years in the position, she was elevated to Global Chief People Officer.
Symend [CALGARY] announced that Vivian Farris has been appointed Chief People Officer. Farris has over 20 years of experience with companies such as Image Club Graphics, Eyewire, Veer, and most recently, Benevity.
Hennepin Healthcare [MINNEAPOLIS, MN] announced that Tonya Jackman Hampton has joined the leadership team as the new Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO). Over the past 25 years, Tonya has led in global and national companies within the Human Resources operations of HealthPartners, Planned Parenthood, and Medtronic, as well as many other organizations.
Targray [MONTREAL] announced the appointment of Anabelle Gauthier as its Vice President of People & Culture. Gauthier comes to Targray from Bombardier, where she served as Global Head of HR Business Partners & Talent CoE since 2018. Prior to that, she held various HR management roles at the company, which she first joined in 2008. Gauthier began her career working in the Human Resources department of Bell Canada in 1996. In 2003, she joined Cogeco Cable as a senior HR partner.
Motiva Enterprises [HOUSTON] announced the appointment of Kimberly M. Green as the company’s Executive Vice President of Human Resources (HR). Prior to her role as Executive Vice President of HR, Green served as Motiva’s Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Motiva, Green spent 13 years at Shell, where she specialized in labor, employment, and employee benefits. She expanded her scope to support Shell’s downstream commercial business serving as Vice President of Legal for Jiffy Lube International, a Shell subsidiary.
Velocity [HOLLAND, OH] announced that Ben DeSpain has been promoted to chief people officer. DeSpain joined Velocity in 2019 and has most recently served as vice president of human resources. DeSpain joined Velocity from Dura-Line where he served as the director of human resources for US Operations. Prior to Dura-Line, Ben held various HR roles with Owens Corning, Parker Hannifin, and Kohler.
