Allison Transmission [INDIANAPOLIS] announced that Lorraine Parker-Clegg joined the company as Chief People Officer. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer with Doncasters Group Ltd. based in the United States and headquartered in the United Kingdom. Prior to Doncasters, Parker-Clegg held leadership positions with Medtronic and Covidien (acquired by Medtronic). Prior experience includes an assignment with B/E Aerospace Fastener and Consumables Management in Florida and a 16-year tenure with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.
Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. [BOULDER, CO] announced the appointment of Julie Tschida Brown as Zayo’s Chief People and Culture Officer. Brown joins Zayo from Transamerica where, as Chief People Officer. She also served in various executive and leadership positions at IHS Markit, Jacobs Engineering, Microsoft, Washington Group International (now AECOM) and Hewitt Associates (now AON).
Icahn Automotive, [PHILADELPHIA & KENNESAW, GA] an Icahn Enterprises L.P. company, which owns and operates leading service provider Pep Boys, has announced the appointment of Elisa Bannon-Jones as Chief People Officer (CPO). Most recently, Bannon-Jones was Chief Human Resources Office at Frontier Communications. Prior to joining Frontier Communications, Bannon-Jones served in human resources, sales and operations leadership roles at The Budget Group, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Brightstar Corp.
Home Point Financial [ANN ARBOR, MI] announced the appointment of Kristin Supancich to the new role of Chief People Officer. Supancich joins Home Point after serving as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Kelly Services.
Kimberly-Clark Corporation [DALLAS] (NYSE: KMB) announced that Sandi Karrmann will join the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective October 26, 2020. Karrmann’s experience spans several key senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, YUM!, Pizza Hut and most recently with Tenet Health.
Advanced Agrilytics [INDIANAPOLIS] announced M.T. Ray as Vice President of Human Resources [HR]. Ray previously led the Global Recruiting team at ExactTarget, and then transitioned to the VP of Employee Success Indianapolis for Salesforce. After Salesforce, YRay joined High Alpha, as their first VP of Talent before joining Cheetah Digital as their Global Head of HR.
The Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) [PALO ALTO, CA] announced that Charmaine Davis, Manager of Human Resources Business Partners, will succeed Carolyn Shockley as Vice President, Human Resources and Diversity. The leadership changes take effect Nov. 1.
