tronc, Inc. (formerly Tribune Publishing) [CHICAGO, IL] (NASDAQ: TRNC) appointed Maya Bordeaux to the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Chief HR Officer. Prior to joining tronc, Maya was the Senior Vice President, People & Culture at Wilton Brands. Maya held the position of Senior Director, Human Resources at McDonald’s Corporation prior to joining Wilton Brands.
KeyCorp [CLEVELAND] (NYSE: KEY) announced that Craig Buffie, Chief Human Resources Officer, has shared his intention to retire in the second half of 2018. Key also announced that Brian Fishel will assume the role of Chief Human Resources Officer. Brian Fishel has served as KeyCorp’s Chief Talent Officer since joining in 2013. Prior to this role, he served in various senior-level talent management and organization development roles for Bank of America, the Coca-Cola Company and Pizza Hut.
Patterson Companies [ST. PAUL, Minn.] (NASDAQ: PDCO) announced that Andrea Frohning has joined the Company as Chief Human Resources Officer. Frohning most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Snyder’s-Lance. Prior to her tenure at Snyder’s-Lance, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Crane Co. Frohning also held other human resource managerial positions at Hubbell Inc., General Electric Consumer Finance and Pepsi Bottling Group.
Omnitracs, LLC [DALLAS] announced the hiring of Stacey Martin as chief human resources officer (CHRO). Prior to joining Omnitracs, Martin gained more than 20 years of experience and leadership with such as Travelport, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Science Applications International Corporations (SAIC) and CGI Group.
Lucas Group [ATLANTA] announced the promotion of Carolina King to Chief People Officer (CPO). King previously served as Vice President of Human Resources. King has provided expert organizational and leadership development for top global companies including CNN, AT&T and Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc.
