(NASDAQ:LULU) [VANCOUVER, British Columbia] announced that former Nike executive Gina Warren has been named as Executive Vice President, Culture & Talent, effective February 1, 2016. Ms. Warren led Nike’s Global Diversity & Inclusion team from 2002 to 2014. From 1999 to 2002, Ms. Warren served as director of Nike Global Community Affairs and the Nike Foundation. Prior to that she directed community relations for Levi Strauss and Co. and its foundation, and worked for AT&T and its foundation in community relations, human resources and other capacities.
CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries Group, Inc. [BROOMFIELD, Colo.] announced the appointment of Sarah Stephenson to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer. Stephenson most recently served as vice president of human resources at The Laclede Group, Inc. Before joining CraftWorks’, Stephenson served in several key HR leadership roles at consumer-driven companies including Caleres (formerly known as Brown Shoe Company), Hardee’s Food Systems, Inc., and Boston Market.
Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) [LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y.] announced that Julie Taylor has been appointed chief human resources officer (CHRO). Taylor succeeds Laura Matlin, who has served as acting CHRO for the past year. Matlin will return to her legal duties as deputy general counsel and will assume the newly-created role of chief governance officer. Taylor was most recently chief human resources officer at Pall Corporation. She previously served as vice president of human resources for U.S. pharmaceuticals at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and in various human resources roles at General Electric Company, where she had a 13-year tenure, and at Merck & Co., Inc., where she began her career.
PCTEL, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCTI) [BLOOMINGDALE, Ill.] announced the appointment of Gina Haspilaire as its newest Director. Haspilaire currently serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer of Reliance Communications (Enterprise) and Global Cloud Xchange. She has held executive and leadership positions at Henkel, PACNET, Heidrick and Struggles, and AT&T. Haspilaire will serve on the Compensation Committee.
Aberdeen Group [BOSTON, MA] announced that Holly Frisque has joined the business as Vice President of People Management. Holly was formerly the vice president — administration at California Life Sciences Association. Before joining CLSA, Frisque served as the director of administration at Gizmo5 Technologies, Inc. and human resource manager at Linspire, Inc.
AutoZone, Inc. (NYSE: AZO) [MEMPHIS, Tenn.] announced that Rick Smith, Vice President Store Operations, will be promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Customer Satisfaction in January. Additionally, Mike Womack, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Customer Satisfaction has made the decision to leave AutoZone at the end of December 2015, and return to his home state of Ohio.
