Teradata [San Diego, CA] (NYSE: TDC) announced that it has appointed Kathy Cullen-Cote as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Laura Nyquist, who previously held dual roles of General Counsel and CHRO, will continue in her role as General Counsel. Cullen-Cote joins Teradata from PTC, where she was serving as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to PTC, she served in HR leadership roles at Johnson and Johnson, Raytheon, Imark Communications and Barry Controls.
Domino’s Pizza [ANN ARBOR, Mich.] (NYSE: DPZ) announced that Lisa V. Price will be joining the company as executive vice president, chief human resources officer, effective Aug. 26. Price joins Domino’s from Nordstrom, where she most recently served as senior vice president of human resources. From 2000-2015, Price had progressively more responsible roles in human resources at Starbucks Coffee Co., most recently as vice president of partner resources. With the exception of a year at Nordstrom in 2000, Price spent most of her career at Starbucks, joining the brand in 1994.
Combined Insurance [CHICAGO], a Chubb company, appointed Frank Rockett as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Previously, Rockett spent 30 years at Chubb in various operations management and business partner roles, with more than 17 years of experience in human resources.
Black Bear Diner [REDDING, Calif.] announced that Tammy Johns has joined the company as its first Chief People Officer (CPO). Johns was previously Chief People Officer for Farmer Boys Foods, Inc. Prior to that, Johns led the people strategy for Lemonade Restaurant Group as the Vice President of Human Resources, as well as at two franchise holding companies, which owned a large number of Burger King restaurants and various TGI Fridays (SRAC Holdings I, Inc.) and Chili’s Grill & Bar locations (Snowstate Restaurant Corporation).
Recursion [SALT LAKE CITY] announced the appointment of Heather Kirkby as its Chief People Officer. Kirby started her career as a Schlumberger Field Engineer in arctic Alaska, then spent nearly two decades as a product manager at Intuit in Silicon Valley.
Achievers [SAN FRANCISCO and TORONTO] announced it has added Shalini Duggal as chief people and culture officer (CPCO). Previously, she served as vice president of human resources for Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN). Prior to her work at OTN, Duggal spent over eight years as the vice president of human resources at SCM Insurance Services.
