Brendan Reidy
Acushnet Holdings [FAIRHAVEN, Mass.] (NYSE: GOLF) announced Brendan Reidy as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Prior to joining the Company, he was Vice President HR – Organizational Effectiveness at Biogen. In his 7 years at Biogen, he also led HR for the global R&D organization and Global Commercial Operations. Prior to Biogen, he worked at P&G and Gillette in various HR roles across a number of geographies and businesses.
Under Armour, Inc. [BALTIMORE] (NYSE: UA, UAA) announced the appointment of Tchernavia Rocker as its new Chief People and Culture Officer. Rocker joins Under Armour from Harley-Davidson, Inc. where she spent more than 18 years in HR leadership roles, most recently as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to that, she served in various HR and operations roles at Goodyear Dunlop North America Tire Inc. Rocker will join Under Armour in February 2019.

Mary Bilbrey
JLL [CHICAGO] (NYSE: JLL) announced that Mary Bilbrey has been promoted to Global Chief Human Resources Officer from her current role as Americas CHRO. The change is effective February 1, and she will continue to oversee human resources in the Americas region until her successor is named. Bilbrey succeeds Trish Maxson as Global CHRO. Maxson maintains her roles as Chief Administrative Officer and interim CFO. Bilbrey joined JLL in early 2016 as CHRO for the Americas. Prior to joining JLL, Bilbrey held a succession of senior HR leadership roles for HSBC, based at different times in the U.S. and in Europe. She was the Head of Human Resources for HSBC USA and, prior to that, held several leadership roles in HSBC’s London headquarters. Previously, she held various positions focused on compensation, benefits, and mergers and acquisitions.
Papa John’s International, Inc. [LOUISVILLE, Ky.] (NASDAQ: PZZA) announced the appointment of Marvin Boakye as its first Chief People Officer. Boakye joins Papa John’s after serving as vice president of human resources at Andeavor. Prior to Andeavor, he was chief human resources officer for MTS Allstream, and held senior human resources positions at Goodyear, Pulte Group and The Home Depot. Boakye replaces Senior Vice President of People Operations Bob Smith, who retired from Papa John’s in August 2018 after serving 15 years with the company.

Rachel Davis-Schultz
CopperPoint Insurance Companies [PHOENIX] announced that Rachel Davis-Schultz has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. For the past 10 years, she has been with Express Scripts.
Carbon Black [WALTHAM, Mass.] (NASDAQ: CBLK) announced that Sandra O’Sullivan has been appointed Chief People Officer (CPO). O’Sullivan joined Carbon Black in 2012, most recently serving as the company’s Vice President of Customer Success. Prior to Carbon Black, O’Sullivan launched and was President of Ametros Financial. O’Sullivan steps into the CPO role as Amy Robinson, former Carbon Black CPO, establishes a new function within Carbon Black focused on leadership coaching.
