The Lubrizol Corporation [CLEVELAND] announced that Ana G. Rodriguez has been named corporate vice president and chief human resources officer, effective December 3, 2018. Rodriguez replaces Andy Panega, who announced his retirement earlier this year. Since 2016, Rodriguez served as chief human resources officer at Sotera Health. Prior to Sotera, she was the senior vice president and chief human resources officer at PolyOne Corporation. Before joining PolyOne, Rodriguez was senior vice president of global human resources at Molex Incorporated. She also worked in the legal departments of Amgen Inc., Tenet Healthcare Corporation and Litton Industries. Rodriguez began her legal career as a staff attorney at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Apttus [SAN MATEO, Calif.] announced Colleen Carr as its Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Apttus, Carr served as senior vice president of human resources for Actian and Bluecoat Systems. Carr has held senior HR leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies.
Endurance International Group [BURLINGTON, Mass.] (NASDAQ: EIGI) announced the appointment of Tom Aurelio as chief human resources officer. Most recently, he was executive vice president of human resources for Criteo. Prior to that, Mr. Aurelio served as senior vice president of people and culture at The Priceline Group (now Booking Holdings). He also spent ten years at Symantec, where he served as vice president of human resources, a role he also held at GE Capital. Mr. Aurelio also co-founded SimpleCloudApps, Inc.

Diane Psaras
VITAS Healthcare [Miami, FL] announced that Diane Psaras has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. Since 2014, Psaras held the same title at wound-care provider Healogics Inc. in Jacksonville, FL. Psaras spent six years as senior vice president of HR at Darden Restaurants in Orlando, and 14 years in HR roles at specialty materials firm Avery Dennison in Cleveland.
Dragos, Inc. [HANOVER, Md.] announced the addition of Jill Samuel as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Dragos, Jill led the HR function for RedOwl (acquired by Forcepoint). Prior to RedOwl, she led HR for Edge Hosting (acquired by DataBank) as well as BoxTone, a mobile device management company (acquired by Good Technology).
Greif, Inc. [DELAWARE, Ohio] (NYSE: GEF, GEF.B) announced the appointment of Bala V. Sathyanarayanan as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. Sathyanarayanan most recently served as Executive Vice President for Human Resources for North American Operations at the Xerox Corporation. Sathyanarayanan also led human resources for the Americas Enterprise Business at Hewlett-Packard Inc. His career also includes roles at Avaya Inc., Polaris Software Inc., and Coca Cola Inc.
Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. [BRIDGEVILLE, Pa.] (NASDAQ: USAP) announced that Alyssa Snider has joined the Company as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Snider began her career at Shell as an HR Analyst and Business Partner and later took on additional roles including labor relations representative, HR Manager of Capital Projects in the U.S., Organizational Effectiveness consultant, and most recently, as Americas HR Talent Strategy Advisor, Manufacturing.
